This well maintained and designer appointed home is decorated in a high desert contemporary ranch style with custom furniture and all of the luxuries for a relaxing and memorable vacation. Enjoy complimentary local wine, beer, tea and coffee and access to a private hot tub, fire pit, (4) complimentary adult bikes and (2) complimentary child-size bikes, an outdoor BBQ, a 240V EV charger, and stunning views of the resort’s grand meadow and creeks with year-round wildlife.

Located in the boutique Caldera Springs Resort, this home has a premiere location within the resort on the namesake meadow with creeks and a wildlife migration corridor for year-round wildlife viewing. Unlike most homes in the resort, the community pathway system is over 100 feet from the home to help maintain privacy. Home rental includes complimentary access to the resort pool and fitness center (called The Quarry) as well as tennis and Pickleball courts, and access to resort trails and ponds. Guests are not charged a recreation fee.

The home is just 25 minutes to both Mt. Bachelor Ski Resort and the shops, restaurants and world-class breweries and distilleries of downtown Bend. It’s 5 minutes by car to a Deschutes River float and multiple golf courses, and a short bike ride to the shops, restaurants and miles of biking trails at the Sunriver Resort.

Furnished with custom furniture, the home is designed to provide an updated and luxurious high desert experience. Beds are furnished with high thread count linens and bathrooms feature plush white towels to ensure cleanliness and to provide a luxury hotel experience. This stunning home sleeps up to 8 people comfortably with 4 Master Suites with King-sized beds and private bathrooms, and also has a Den with a Queen-sized leather sleeper couch with a memory foam mattress.

Home amenities include a gourmet kitchen, dining area with creek and meadow views, a great room with an oversized gas fireplace and Sonos PLAY:5 sound system, and Smart TV’s in the great room, den and upstairs master suite. Smart TV’s provide access to LG channels and your favorite viewing apps such as Netflix, Prime Video, Hulu, etc.; free access to Netflix is provided. The home also offers a private hot tub, outdoor private gas-fueled fire pit (available in summer), and an outdoor gas BBQ. Complimentary bicycles are provided for guest use and include 4 adult-size bicycles and 2 child-size bicycles (helmets are not provided).

The main level of the home includes a large gourmet kitchen that adjoins a dining area with stunning views of the meadow and creeks. Adjacent is the great room with a floor-to-ceiling natural stone gas fireplace, vaulted ceiling with a grand 60” antler chandelier, a 55” Smart TV, and a variety of board games and puzzles.

The kitchen was designed for people that love to cook and entertain family and friends. A massive, rough-hewn granite island provides prep space for several cooks and seating. High-end stainless steel DCS-brand appliances are included throughout the kitchen: 4-burner gas countertop stove with griddle, large refrigerator, and double ovens. Other kitchen amenities include a dishwasher, microwave, Wolf Toaster, Cuisinart blender, panini maker, and coffee maker.

Elegant entertaining is easy with wine glasses, champagne, martini, pint and shot glasses. The dining table has views of the meadow and creeks and seats up to 8 people comfortably. Additional seating is available at the large Kitchen island with 4 leather stools. The dining area is flanked by glass doors on both sides that open to outdoor patios to create an alfresco dining experience without the hassles of outdoor dining.

All bedrooms throughout the house have vaulted ceilings and adjoining private bathrooms, King-sized beds with high thread count luxury bed linens, 4 King pillows, and down comforters. Three of the four Master Suites are located on the main level of the home. The den is also located on the main level with a Smart TV and Queen leather sleeper couch.

Master Suite 4 is located upstairs. This Master Suite doubles as an entertainment area and features a beverage refrigerator, microwave, large sectional couch, 70” 4K ultra high definition Smart TV (with access to Netflix and other programming as well as casting capability), and a blue-ray disk player—Netflix is provided free of charge. Please note that this Suite does not have a door since it occupies the entire second floor of the home.

A laundry room is located on the main floor with a large capacity washer and dryer for guest use; the washer is preloaded with detergent. Extra towels, paper products and cleaning supplies are also provided here for guest use. The 2-car garage features a 240V outlet for your Tesla or other electric car charging needs.

Outside amenities include a covered patio with seating for morning coffee and evening cocktails, a gas-fired BBQ, a private gas-fired fire pit surrounded by Adirondack chairs, and a private hot tub that comfortably seats 6 people.

Caldera Springs is a boutique resort located adjacent to Sunriver Resort in Central Oregon with 9-miles of flat bike paths around scenic lake features and views of Mt. Bachelor.
