Our home is 5 bedrooms with 3.5 bathrooms and 1100 sq foot finished basement. Bonus room can also sleep several individuals if needed. Master bedroom is a large King sized select comfort bed. Living room, basement, and bonus room all have 60-70 inch TV's.

Our house is perfect location to enjoy all the wonders Milwaukee provides yet the security and serenity you want when your away from home.
I am a CORHUSKER born and raised in Nebraska. We have 4 children and 2 Grandchildren. My wife is a nurse and I am in medical sales. We enjoy Brewer and Bucks games...Once in awhile we cheer for that team up North in Green and Gold :)
My family likes camping, fishing, boating, bow hunting and the 4 seasons Wisconsin offers it's residents.

Why they chose this property

We were the 4th house in subdivision built in 2008. We chose our house and lot location due to fact we are private on all sides with fields behind and along side of the house. Our house provides beautiful scenery, sunsets, views of wildlife, and privacy.
Our house provides "Best of both Worlds" as we are 15 min to downtown Milwaukee, yet the comforts of peace and serenity in "country like" suburbs.

What makes this property unique

Our house is the only "Westridge Level" house in subdivision, meaning only 100% custom built home. We have HUGE kitchen for eating and entertaining with: convection oven, convection microwave, Large refrigerator. You have plenty of room to unwind in our large 1st floor living room or finished basement living room.
