Despite being on crutches, which was a bit limiting, it was a delightful place to totally relax. Cindy proved a wonderful hostess, very thoughtful and charming

Nicolas.

About the host

Host profile image

Born in England, but since my childhood I was captivated by the French life that I learned about in school. In 2003 I was lucky enough to emigrate to France and the Dordogne region was my choice. I speak French. I love to paint in oils and have a summer studio in my garden here. My world revolves around my home, my family in UK, my friends, my pets and creativity via my art. I walk in the countryside around here and I also play tennis locally.

Why they chose this property

!I first visited this property in 2006 to attend a birthday party. I was delighted by its hilltop position, its stunning views and its easy access to Le Buisson de Cadouin and the beautiful river Dordogne. In 2014, having sold my existing home, I asked the then owner if I could buy it.
