Not suitable for hosting parties or gatherings that would disturb the neighbours. The space This cottage is 2 minutes’ walk from the beach. There is ample parking out front with space for 4 cars. The main entrance leads to a large kitchen that has been recently renovated that provides extensive countertop working space, an electric hob/oven, microwave and coffee machine. There is a refrigerator and freezer below the counter. The kitchen leads to a large open dining area that can sit 8. A bar fridge is hidden behind the bar. Windows on 3 sides of the dining room overlook the garden area. The dining room is connected to a covered patio which in turn leads to an outdoor seating area. The kitchen also leads to a comfortable living room with a wood-burning stove that allows you to put your feet up and relax before the fire to watch Netflix. Guest access Other things to note We are really happy to have pets and children in the cottage. The back garden is 100% secure but with open front driveway and obviously with the sea so close, you'll need to keep your eyes peeled! 2 well behaved dogs are welcome. But do please message me you are planning to bring more then 2.

Had a fabulous stay making full use of hot tub and the amazing beach which is just up the road! We were lucky enough to see a seal in the sea when we were there. Super comfy bed.
Fabulous sandy beach literally just round the corner.
The house is very geared up for dogs which was much appreciated.
Only drawback was mobile reception in the area was not good so download maps and entry codes before leaving.
Wi-Fi good though.
Perfect location to dog friendly beach.
Beach great, saw a seal.
Unspoilt and quiet.
Facilities great comfortable clean modern and hot tub a touch of luxury.
Lovely property.
The estate was a mixture and standard of properties of single story dwellings closely connected.
Friendly locals.
Most local amenities a drive away .
Estate and
Literally 2 minutes from the beach. While other people are struggling to park and can face a long walk to Norfolk's great beaches this property is a 2 minute walk to a long sandy beach. Our dogs loved it. The property is in good condition with a fantastic hot tub.. Sleeps 4 or six with a sofa bed. Lovely large kitchen/dining area and a wood fire (and central heating) for cold nights (we had hot weather so didn't need heating). Also has an enclosed garden so ideal for pets. Definitely going back :)

Many thanks for the lovely review! So happy all of you had a wonderful time. See you all soon
Literally 2 minutes from the beach, everything is in close proximity with a car. Property well equipped. Hot tub was great. Thought we were overcharged for cleaning as there was a lot of hair around the legs of furniture and not the most comfortable sleep - double bed squeaks a lot on one side which was very disruptive. Garden had a lot of building materials in it.

What makes this property unique
There are plenty of seals living along the North Norfolk coast and the are frequently seen swimming along the coast. The seals are curious and seem to be just as interested in you. You need to be aware that they come on to the beach to rest and be mindful of your pet.
