This spacious three bedroom apartment with beautiful view is perfect choice for a big families or a group of friends to come and spend their holidays with us :)

The space
This 110sqm apartment has everything you can wish for at your holidays! Two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom can accommodate up to 7 persons. Balcony with a dining table with amazing view is perfect place to drink your morning coffee or to end summer day with a glass of wine. At your disposal you have two bathrooms with shower. Cosy living room with TV is perfect for a lay-down after exploring Dubrovnik. Fully equipped kitchen has everything you can ask for: refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, dishwasher. Apartment is air conditioned and has a wifi.

Lapad is part of Dubrovnik (actually the peninsula) situated just a few kilometers away from Old Town. The connection with an Old Town is very good and the bus goes very frequently. It is a relatively new part of Dubrovnik compared to the history of the Old town. In the past, it was the residence of local merchants and nobility but now it is becoming the biggest residential part of Dubrovnik. The majority of hotels and villas are situated in this part of Dubrovnik.Lapad, the area with lots of good restaurants, places to stay, pedestrian areas, and beautiful beaches with magnificent sunsets is one of the favorite parts of Dubrovnik. Not so crowded as in the Old Town but only 1o min away buy a local bus it represents the perfect place to stay.

This place was fantastic. The balcony and view is exactly as shown in the photos. The kitchen has all you need for cooking a variety of meals (we did) and the refrigerator kept drinks super cold! Beds were comfy and the lines soft and clean. the living room was large and accommodating and the two side by side bathrooms were convenient to use simultaneously. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Dubrovnik and would visit Martina's other properties without hesitation.

The place is in a sweet spot! Very accurate description of unit and host communication is easy. Kitchen fully stocked with what you need to make your own meals. Only downside is that you have be careful not to walk too loudly as the downstairs neighbour gets angry quickly.

The location of the apartment is excellent: we enjoyed our walks to the old town even though we were with a toddler. The view is breathtaking: all three bedrooms have a sea view with access from all three to the L-shape balcony. Martina was always prompt to reply to our requests. Our stay was fantastic.
