This spacious townhome is 1800 square feet and will accommodate up to 8 people! Just steps away from the Snowflake lift! Also has a PRIVATE OUTDOOR HOT TUB!
There are Three bedrooms + a small Loft. This slope side townhome has vaulted ceilings, lots of windows, and is across the street from the Snowflake Lift. The town shuttle also stops out front for easy access to the All Peaks lifts and downtown. This townhome is beautifully decorated and newly remodeled and is very comfortable for larger groups. It features a deck, in-floor radiant heat and mountain accents. Every bedroom also features a flat screen TV. The heated one-car garage is a nice amenity also. *Only 2 vehicles per townhome* The townhome includes a Full size washer/dryer, fully equipped brand new kitchen with new granite countertops, new cabinets and stainless appliances, gas fireplace, heated garage and PRIVATE OUTDOOR HOT TUB ON THE DECK!!!!
Living Room: Open area, nice sitting areas with new furniture! Nice warm fireplace! Big Screen TV.. Outdoor deck with great views! Relax! Dining Room: Will seat up to six at the dining table, and 3 seats at the kitchen bar! Great for gatherings! Kitchen: Modern stainless steel appliances, Granite throughout, new cabinets, ice maker, blender, stainless microwave, stainless oven, stainless dishwasher, you should have what you need! Top Floor: Sofa sleeper in living area.....! Master Bedroom: King bed with en suite bathroom with jetted jacuzzi tub and separate glass enclosed shower and double sink. Entry Floor: Living Room and Half Bath, Dining Room, Kitchen, and Heated Garage, Outdoor deck! Next Floor Down: 2nd Master has King size bed, full private bath, Jacuzzi tub, separate glass enclosed shower, flat screen TV, and full closet. Same Floor: Guest Bedroom has 2 sets of twin bunk beds with a full private en suite bathroom and Flat screen TV. Same Floor: Laundry Room has full size washer and dryer.

This property allows TWO parking spots only. The Free shuttle (Free ride) picks up across the street from the Townhome complex and can take you Downtown or to the Ski lift. The Snowflake lift is across the street (about a 30 second walk). This is a very spacious townhome with one of the best locations in Breckenridge.
