LOCATION – Located off of Ski Hill Road on Christie Lane near Peak 8, it is approximately one block from the Free Ride Shuttle which takes you to town or the base of Peak 8 within minutes. Get to the lifts quickly or head to town where you can enjoy restaurants, bars, shops, and local festivities. The Breckenridge Nordic Center, with numerous groomed cross country and snowshoeing ski trails is an easy walk.

AMENITIES – Situated on a picturesque lot, this lovely four-bedroom home offers an upper level master King suite with gas fireplace, a Queen bedroom, a Full bedroom and a bunk bedroom. Enjoy preparing a feast for the group in the gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Warm by the gas fireplace for a cozy night in while the kids head downstairs for a game of pool or watch television in the additional family room. Upon returning from your day out skiing or mountain biking you will be able to enjoy a wonderful dip in the hot tub with gorgeous views overlooking Breckenridge.

Beautiful home & great location!
We had a wonderful stay in this lovely home. The kitchen is incredible. The house/property has everything you need. The only issue for us was the master bed was uncomfortable, but that's just a personal preference. Location was so convenient to the slopes and to town. The view of Breckenridge at night is stunning. Would recommend this home!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: One of my favorite experiences ever. The house is perfectly situated on Ski Hill, right between Peak 8 and town. Everything was walkable. The house itself is gorgeous and whoever designed it deserves a raise. The attention to art and detail was amazing, the views were spectacular and the amenities were above and beyond expectations.

As Described Yes, Read Carefully All Points...
Provided outstanding views of Breck, easy access to Peak Eight, kitchen capable of all we desired "This from a family Culinary & Food being our profession. Layout of the home is well positioned and isolates each level easily letting early risers & in bed by nine people all get along without issue. Heat systems takes fine tuning to get right in the home for sure through floors, Older home as some mention but most wouldn't even notice the light switches or thermostat age really only sings standing out. The points that hit hard for us, mind you yes I didn't carefully read the overly worded parking set up. Suggestion "One Car Garage, & Two Driveway Spaces" Simplistic =) Its not fun to awake to snow covered cars, on a incline that makes for a very unpleasant experience throughout the trip. With our cars taking up the drive spots we didn't get plowing ever fully done that we noticed leaving snow removal to us like clockwork. 4X4 just spin away trying to get up & out the few times when tried without first shuvling. The other garage bay is the preferred one no question about it when it comes to ease of access in & out, Bronco taking up the garage space full time might relocate to the other to allow guest durning peak winter a parking experience with out squeezing & inching in the tight spot numerous time daily. I know after seeing the Bronco its owner understands Guest perspective anticipating possible negatives and adjust so is to avoid if possible. Only thoughts, Good Trip

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall was very good- great location, pretty well supplied, and was clean. Screen doors were a bit of a mess- master screen was shredded and didn't work. One of the extra bedrooms was presented as a queen bed- which it was not. There was one queen BR, not two, and one Full size BR so not good for a couple due to size. Back deck not as large as it appeared in pics but had a good view. A spiral staircase from deck to firepit could be an issue for some, but there was a safety gate at the top of the stairs. No AC- that is common I guess. Maybe a few larger fans would help a bit more with air circulation given the fact that summers are warmer now. Pretty easy walk to town, easy walk to a free shuttle which takes you all over. Rental company was responsive to issues.
