This property is simple, with very basic furnishings but it is a clean safe building and has a very nice pool, and direct access to the beach.

This property was fine for what we needed, but the furnishings were not what was pictured. Different kitchen, different furnishings in every room. It would have been very disappointing if we were looking for a better than comfortable stay.

All perfect

The communication was super fluid. The hosts were pending of any need. The building is in perfect conditions, together with the amenities, including pool and gym). The parking for a week is more than reasonable ($75). The access to the amenities too ($30 every 2 adults for the stay) The apartment was super clean and well equipped including towels, cookware and all you need for the pool or beach (cooler, sunshade,chairs, etc). Off course there are always details. TVs were losers…but…who goes to the beach to watch tv having an amazing moon outside. Not a problem for us.

Great location. Unit was fine.

Overall we really enjoyed our stay. This review is actually for a different unit as we were switched there from this one but not advised until a few days prior to arriving and only discovered that in the check-in email. Essentially an identical unit but higher which was nice. However, when we arrived the kitchen was dirty with crumbs in the cutlery drawer and the dish drying rack was dirty as well. There were mis-matched towels and no towel racks in the bathroom aside from the shower door. We also had trouble twice with the toilet and they were quick to help us out with that. There was also no lock on the balcony sliding door. Overall we enjoyed our stay but a very basic unit.
