Séjour pas du tout à la hauteur de l'annonce

Très déçus. Tout d'abord le ménage n'avait pas été fait pour notre arrivée. Nous nous en sommes aperçus après la remise des clefs : douches et lavabo dégoûtants, miettes encore sur le plan de travail, cafetière non lavée, bouilloire à utiliser à vos risques et périls, vaisselle sale dans les placards, et on ne parle pas des wc. Ensuite la maison est très humide et en piteux état. Aucune porte ne ferme correctement, tout est bancal, au rez-de-chaussée la lumière est plus qu'insuffisante, tout cela dans une bonne odeur de moisissure. Nous étions contents de partir.

Bonjour, Je suis désolée de votre déception car je tiens à ce que mes locataires passent un très bon séjour dans ma maison. Je vous avais proposé au téléphone de venir vérifier le ménage mais vous n'avez pas souhaité. Ma maison est une vieille longère normande rénovée en gardant son caractère ancien, avec des objets chinés. Elle est authentique et fonctionnelle. Votre semaine était pluvieuse d'où votre impression de manque de lumière et d'humidité d'une longère normande.
