La casa è veramente completa di tutto, condizionatore sia nella zona giorno che nelle camere da letto, in cucina ci sono tutti gli utensili necessari compresa lavastoviglie e all’esterno un bel gazebo con tavolo e sedie dove pranzare. La spiaggia più vicina è BASAURA che dista 4 minuti di auto a dir tanto mentre il centro di Tortoli è a 2/3 km di distanza. Nelle vicinanze c’è un supermercato e qualche ristorante / pizzeria. Nel complesso siamo stati veramente bene . Grazie mille

Appartamento Meraviglioso

L'appartamento è un vero gioiello, c'è tutto quello che serve e anche di più per sentirsi a casa. I propretari hanno pensato a tutto per far stare al meglio i loro ospiti e non è da tutti. Noi in anni di vacanze affittando case è la prima volta che abbiamo trovato tutto a posto, tutto che funziona, in ordine e pulito. Le foto non gli rendono giustizia, dal vivo è più bello e poi è in una zona residenziale silenziosa, servita e a pochi minuti di macchina dalle spiagge. La comunicazione con Carmelo è stata veloce ed efficace, lui gentile e attento a ogni esigenza e anche l'accoglienza della Sig.ra Lavinia discreta ma premurosa. Grazie per averci fatto fare una vacanza coi fiocchi! Torneremo sicuramente!

la casa è ancora più bella che nelle foto... adatta anche per bambini la signora che ci ha accolti è stata molto professionale e gentile l'appartamento si trova in un quartiere residenziale tranquillo ma circondato da ristoranti in cui mangiare o fare asporto e da supermercati i proprietari attenti e disponibili alle nostre richieste/esigenze... MERAVIGLIOSA VACANZA... GRAZIEEEE

Top ausgestattet

Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Sowohl was Handtücher als auch sehr viele Küchenutensilien und sogar Gewürze betrifft. Auf der Terrasse lässt es sich sehr gemütlich sitzen zum essen und entspannen. Die Unterkunft ist in einer sehr ruhigen Wohngegend. Leider gibt es zum 2. Schlafzimmer keine richtige Türe, nur etwas zum zuschieben, was nicht verschlossen werden kann. Im 1. Schlafzimmer steht ein Schrank, der sehr sehr streng riecht. Was aber mit Dauer Lüften in den Griff zu bekommen ist. Während unseres Aufenthalts wurde in einer anderen Wohnung im Haus Reparaturen durchgeführt, welche zu erheblichem Lärm führen. Da wir allerdings viel unterwegs waren war es für uns auszuhalten. Alles in Allem war es ein schöner Urlaub in dieser Unterkunft. Kommunikation mit dem Inhaber war reibungslos.

Schöne, saubere Wohnung mitten in Tortoli

Die Wohnung von Carmelo war sehr sauber und komplett ausgestattet mit allem was man in der Küche braucht und sehr großem Kühlschrank. Es gab in jedem Zimmer eine Klimaanlage und sogar einen neuen SmartTV mit Streamingmöglichkeiten. Alle waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und die Lage ist ein optimaler Ausgangspunkt, um die wunderschönen Strände in der Umgebung zu besuchen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Stadtzentrum sind in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.

Come essere a casa

Prenotato ad occhi chiusi vista l’assenza di ogni recensione. Ottimo azzardo! Appartamento appena ristrutturato, spazioso (noi eravamo in due, ma anche in 4 si sta comodi) con tutto il necessario. Stoviglie e biancheria nuovi così come tutti gli arredi. Spazio esterno grande e vivibile. Essendo in una zona residenziale, è molto tranquillo e senza problemi di parcheggio (si può lasciare l’auto per strada). Un ringraziamento particolare a tutta la famiglia che ci ha fatto sentire come a casa e che ci ha dato preziosi consigli e bellissimi racconti
