Two bedroom with beautiful sea views
This apartment is in the First Line of the Mar Menor and 50 metres from the Mediterranean. Located in the Seychelles Urbanisation, at km 14 of La Manga, on a 5th floor facing the Tomás Maestre Port.
The living room, spacious and bright, has air conditioning and features a dining area and a television area from which access is gained to a wide glazed terrace with beautiful views towards the Tomás Maestre Port and the Mar Menor.
The apartment has two bedrooms, the main one has a double bed and its own private bathroom with a bathtub, as well as access to the spacious terrace and air conditioning, the second has two single beds together.
The kitchen, located next to the living room, has an oven, microwave and all the necessary cooking utensils, it has a gallery area with washing machine and dryer.
The apartment has free high-speed internet with fibre optic.
The urbanisation, Seychelles, is located at km 14, on the first line of the Mar Menor and just 50 metres from the Mediterranean. It has 2 community swimming pools, open in 2024 from 10 May to the end of September, from 9 to 14h and from 17 to 20h.

The Port of Tomás Maestre is less than 5 minutes by car, where there is a sports centre with tennis, paddle and five-a-side football courts, as well as very comprehensive indoor facilities, such as a large gym with sea views, where anyone can buy a pass for using and enjoying the courts and attending the different classes offered, such as Zumba, Pilates, Strength Training...
Just 50 metres from the apartment there is a supermarket (Spar), and in the area there are restaurants, bars, pharmacy...
If you are looking for a comfortable apartment, equipped and in a quiet area with all services at hand, this is yours!
Pets are allowed with prior notice for a supplement of €25 per pet and stay.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment.
For arrivals between 9pm and 12am, prior confirmation is required before booking and incurs an extra fee of €30.
