We understand that the building foyer could use some attention, but unfortunately, this is directly managed by the building administration, not us. Regarding the keys, we’re glad we could provide a second set quickly upon request. As for the trash disposal, we always suggest our guests make small bags and throw it out everyday, to avoid it piling up during the stay and having to take it out all in one go. We realize this isn't ideal, but we believe it is also the most efficient way to take care of it. Your comments help us improve, and we hope to have the chance to welcome you again with an even better experience.
