The property combines three self-contained apartments, making it ideal for families or friends holidaying together who still appreciate having their own space.



The small village of Montemagno is just a 15-minute walk away and offers a bar, a small grocery shop, and two restaurants. The nearby town of Camaiore, 8 kilometres away, provides all further amenities including shops, restaurants, and supermarkets. Torre del Lago Puccini, the birthplace of the composer Giacomo Puccini, is a 25-minute drive and hosts a renowned summer opera festival at Lake Massaciuccoli. The seaside town of Viareggio is only 14 kilometres from the property, while Lucca, Pisa and Florence make for enjoyable day trips.

This  stone villa spans three storeys and is surrounded by beautifully designed terraced gardens. Several furnished outdoor areas, barbecues, and a private pool offer plenty of space to relax and enjoy the Tuscan sun.



Inside, guests will find beamed ceilings, pale-painted walls and some exposed stonework that highlights the original character of the house. The interiors are rustic, comfortable and full of homely charm.
