The Aspen Mountain Residences [Formerly Hyatt Grand Aspen] at Owner Direct Rates

Prior to choosing "Request to Book", PLEASE read below.

This luxury residence is a Sunday-to-Sunday weekly rental. You may "REQUEST TO BOOK" if you are booking a Sunday-to-Sunday stay. Otherwise, if you are looking to book less than the full Sunday-to-Sunday week, please submit an INQUIRY letting me know which dates you wish to book. Depending on the week, I may be able to accommodate a shorter stay at a slightly higher nightly rate. I respond to most inquiries within 2 hours.

Please be sure to review the rental agreement, as well as the house rules, prior to booking.

This Studio Suite has recently been updated with new furnishings, fixtures, and decor. The unit features a king bed that may be replaced with 2 twins for a small fee, gas fireplace, flat-screen TV, stone tile bath, and kitchenette area with small refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, toaster. Complimentary wireless internet access is available in all rooms.

Services & Amenities: Rental includes transportation to/from Aspen Airport, Local Shuttle Service, Housekeeping & Bike/Ski Valet, as made available by the resort. Resort Fee Paid Upon Booking: Includes use of all resort amenities - common area Pool, Hot Tubs, daily continental breakfast, Fitness Center and WiFi. $40/night for a Studio, $50/night for a 1 Bedroom, $60/night for a 2 Bedroom, $70/night for a 3 Bedroom, $80/night for a 4 Bedroom. Optional Fees: $40/night parking fee, $200 king to 2 twin beds conversion fee. No Rollaway beds are allowed. Crib rentals may be arranged through the concierge.

The property has a fantastic staff of front desk agents, bellmen and concierges to assist you throughout your stay.

Great location in downtown Aspen

We enjoyed every minute of our stay at the Aspen Mountain Residences. This property is situated at the top of the downtown area. We were able to walk to every restaurant and never needed to use our rental car for the entire stay. The pool area is very cozy with a very nice water feature built into the pool. Our room was very spacious and the bed was very comfortable. A continental breakfast was nice to have every morning (their Franke espresso machine was our favorite part). We would definitely stay here again. Tip: if you don’t mind parking on the street, there are a few spots on the left side of the hotel. It is 8 a day up to three days consecutive.

Great unit, beautiful property, stunning views

Just returned from a 4 day, 3-night stay here. I have been to Aspen many times in years past and this was the first time staying here. It was fabulous from the start. The unit itself is beautiful with a high-end yet warm and relaxing appeal. Nice size for two people. The unit has a great view of Ajax (the ski resort in town). The general property is teriffic as well and is just steps away from the gondola, the bus depot and the finest restaurants, retail shops and nightlife. Used the hot tubs and pool throughout the stay, all of which were at nice temps. Also used their shuttle service to and from the airport and other ski areas. These and other amenities add to the convenience and are great value adds. The staff was wonderful and very responsive. Tami, the property manager, is a rock star... wonderful to work with and was always very responsive and helpful... no matter the time of day. All in all, a great place to stay and I highly recommend!

Gorgeous property in the heart of Aspen!

The location and hotel itself was gorgeous, helpful staff and overall an incredible trip. Rooms were beautiful and it was easy to walk from the hotel to anywhere you wanted to go. Additionally, the hotel allowed is to store some belongings and our vehicle after our checkout so we could continue to enjoy the vacation which is unheard of to me. Loved it all!
