Our new 90sqm apartment is positioned on the first floor of the 2018 constructed double-storey building. It has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, one en suite, both with massive walk-in showers, one bathroom fitted with a very lovely free-standing bathtub. Both bedrooms are equipped with a double bed (king-size, two separate high-quality mattresses in extra length).
The lounge with a fully fitted open-plan kitchen has a big window and (3-meter width) sliding doors and leads to a lovely balcony. From here, our guests can enjoy an outstanding view of the garden, the swimming pool, and the mountain setting of the back slope of Table Mountain. The lounge and bedrooms are fitted with an aircon system for cooling down or heating the room. The brand new kitchen is open-plan to lounge and fully equipped with modern quality appliances, such as a big fridge/freezer combo, an induction stove, the extractor, a microwave oven, a sink, a washing machine, and a dishwasher, the last two of which only available for more extended stays.

We do save a lot of water in different ways: - Borehole water used for swimming pool and lawn; supplied to all toilets - Greywater collected and provided to garden/flowerbeds Heat pump, big geysers and a "ring-main" guarantee hot water in bathrooms and kitchens instantly (no “5-10 Liter waiting periods” for hot water at the tabs)

A very comfortable apartment which felt like a home from home. Facilities excellent and garden superb. Bathrooms spacious as was the open plan kitchen, dining and living area. Hans, our host, was very accommodating and pleasant. We were very relaxed here and enjoyed our week very much. Close to Constantia Village and the new Constantia Emporium. No worries about loadshedding as there was backup to kee everything running. This was a very real bonus. We would most definitely go back there if we return to Cape Town.
