Great apartment. Convenient easy checkin. Enjoyed the Gràcia neighborhood. Tiramisu and Anita’s gelato on nearby square were delicious. Great location to explore Barcelona. Short walk to 3 metro stops.

Nice apartment! Large Sunny Balcony!

We had an excellent experience staying in this apartment. It was exactly as advertised, clean and bright and had everything we needed for our stay in Barcelona. The host did an excellent job communicating and even let us drop our bags off early. Access to the building was automated and was very convenient. When I had a question about the air conditioning, our host replied immediately and resolved the issue. I highly recommend this apartment.

Fantastic location

This apartment is in a great location: steps from restaurants, excellent cocktail bars and a great community plaza. It’s also a relatively easy walk into the center of Barcelona. The apartment itself is a little tired and showing signs of wear: it’s not as pristine as I would have liked and cleanliness could have been better. The floors and tiles are worn and the windows let in street noise. There’s also not much unpacking and storage space (no drawers or closets). But the location makes up for it and communications and check-in were faultless. Go to Le Pepita restaurant, 14 de la Rosa cocktail bar, Bloody Mary cocktail bar and Messie pizza, all within a few minutes walk of the apartment.

Solo women trip

My friend and I are single older women who love to travel. This apartment gave us each a private bedroom, and then we enjoying the shared living space much better than going away to separate hotel rooms. We shopped local markets and cooked breakfast each morning before heading out to the city. One night thunderstorms chased us inside and we had a picnic of cheeses and meats. Having a refrigerator and kitchen was so wonderful.As single women we felt safe in this neighborhood of locals. There were families in the square, children playing soccer, so many little hole in the wall eateries and bakeries. The austere exterior is typical of a historic EU city, then the apartment is a jewel of a modern renovation project. The Beds were so comfortable! In fact the 1st day I slept until almost 11! (Jet lag from a long travle day from the US.) We saw so much of Barcelona in our 6 days. Our 2 surprises to recommend would be the GAB LAB Cooking school for a Paella or dessert cooking class, and the Art Museum at Montserrat Monastery.

Great place to stay in Gracia

Great location near the local plaza, which has a real neighborhood feel to it in the evenings. The neighborhood feels very safe and auto traffic is restricted. There's an abundance of restaurants and bars in the area, and plenty of shopping and metro access to take you anywhere in the city within a 12-15 minute walk. The Sagrada Familia is about a mile and a half away. There's a small market literally across the street and a bigger one at the south end of the block. Very quiet during the week, but on Friday and Saturday nights the proximity of the aforementioned bars and restaurants can generate a fair bit of intermittent noise into the late hours that could be heard from the exterior bedroom (the people in the interior bedroom never heard a thing). This is not at all unusual for Barcelona and I've experienced far worse, but a light sleeper might want to bring some earplugs just in case. The terrace is great, and we spent a lot of time out there despite it being January. Kitchen has everything you need. Shower never ran out of hot water and has good water pressure. All in all, a very nice place to stay and we would stay here again.

Vi fandt lejligheden på VRBO og den så fantastisk ud, og alle billederne var lig med hvordan der er.

Vi havde det bedste ophold i den skønneste lejlighed i Gràcia området. Vi kan så varmt anbefale lejligheden, og vi kommer helt sikkert tilbage. Fantastisk dialog med udlejer som var hurtig til at svare på vores beskeder. Bedste anbefalinger herfra.

Appartement très agréable. Le fait qu'il dispose d'une terrasse est un vrai plus!Appartement très bien équipé et surtout très bien situé ( 3 stations de métro autour de l'appartement, décervant 3 lignes différentes). Notre hôte a été très à l'écoute et très réactif lors de nos sollicitations. Top!le seul bemol : ruelle passante et un peu bruyante donnant sur la fenêtre d'une des 2 chambres mais nous séjournons dans une ville et non pas à la campagne. Appartement top dans une très belle ville.
