Dear Francis, Thanks for your feedback. All necessary info were communicated through the platform you have selected to book our apartment - VRBO. We would have sent you the same info on WhatsApp should you have asked for it. We have shifted to WhatsApp when it was clear that you have not ready anything we sent you through the platform. We had about 30 different groups this summer receive identical info that you had and none had issues like you to find the apartment. We understand that ratings should focus about the property and how the reality is matching with the on line description. You have told us that you really enjoyed the apartment (clearly aside from the difficulties in finding it) but in your review you only describe what your opinion is about Pittulongu and the surrounding area and the struggle to plave having not read check in instructions. For us Pittulongu is heaven and we find your opinion very superficial. But it does not matter because the key point of your review should be the apartment and the experience with us. 3 star is not fair, but we accept it of course!
