Top-notch Villa

Excellent property, with a wonderful pool, and outstanding views. The villa is situated in a very quiet and pleasant neighbourhood.. Ideal for families-we were ten people in all.

We enjoyed a great family holiday - 9 of us; 3 generations: 16 - 79 years. We particularly liked the pool temperature - comfortably warm. There is not a shallow end as such so possibly not ideal for families with younger children.The villa was well equipped and appointed but felt a little tired overall. Sofa seating in the lounge area was quite limited for 9 of us. The location was convenient for Moraira’s shops and restaurants by car.

Jenny, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback! We are so glad your multi-generational family enjoyed your holiday and made good use of the comfortably warm pool. We appreciate your comments and would love to clarify a couple of details for future guests: Our generous 9m x 5m pool features built-in Roman steps leading into a 3 foot 9 inch shallow end, which gently slopes down to 6’6” at the deep end. We find this layout works wonderfully for most ages, though we appreciate every family's preferences differ! We were a bit surprised by the "tired" comment, as we take great pride in keeping the property updated. Just this past May (2026), we completed a brand-new fitted kitchen and remodeled the upper living area. This follows a major transformation where we added internal stairs, modern bedrooms with direct terrace access, and brand-new luxury shower facilities only 3 years ago. We also take immense pride in our grounds, which offer many distinct seating spaces designed for guests to gather and enjoy either the glorious all day sun or much-welcomed shade throughout the summer months. That said, we completely take on board your comment regarding the indoor lounge seating for larger groups of 9, and we will certainly look into ways to optimise that space. Wonderful

The owner and property manager couldn't have been more helpful. The villa was perfect for our family group of grandparents, parents and grandchildren (ages 9 to 15). Lots to do in Moraira and vicinity and a wonderful day in Valencia museum area, only an hour and a half by car. Many, many thanks to Mark and Fran for being so accommodating and for the welcome goodies.

Excellent holiday villa

The villa provided excellent accommodation and facilities for ten from the two en-suites and two bathrooms. With a. Lovely pool with steps for children to the plenty of patio space and shelter when required. The three areas for dining provided space for the different time of day. Located in Moraira you have all the excellent restaurants required. We were also supported locally when required and found it easy to book and lease with the owner during the process. We have stayed in Moraira when times and have no hesitation in booking the same villa again
