Occupying an enviable position overlooking the Pinhal Golf Course, Graciete is the ideal villa for those wanting to explore Vilamoura, with restaurants, bars and the fantastic marina within a 20 minute walk. This traditional Portuguese style villa benefits from free air conditioning and WiFi for your convenience. Situated next door to our villa Domingos, the ideal choice for larger families or groups of friends wishing to holiday close by.

Set in a quiet residential neighbourhood, close to Pinhal golf course, it is only a short stroll to the exclusive Old Village complex.
Villa Graciete is also convenient for the superb Marina, a twenty minute walk away, where a wide choice of shops and restaurants can be found, and two long, sandy beaches stretch to either side.

From Villa Gracietes well furnished lounge and dining room you can step straight onto a lawnfringed terrace, to enjoy the poolside setting and dine al fresco, or just sit back and relax on the sun.

**TOURIST TAX**
We are required to charge a Municipal Tourist Tax on behalf of Loulé council, on bookings placed as from November 1st, 2024, as published in Diário da República 2nd Serie, no. 140, of July 22nd, 2024. This tax is calculated up to a maximum of 5 consecutive nights, per person aged 16 or over, and will cost as follows:
- Low Season (from November 1st to March 31st) – 1Eur per person/per night
- High Season (from April 1st to October 31st) – 2Eur per person/per night
The payment of this tax is due in cash upon check-in, or in advance by bank transfer.

House rules and suitability:
- Groups of young adults, or groups made up exclusively of individuals of the same gender, will only be accepted upon prior request and approval. These groups will be subject to payment of a refundable security deposit.
- Events and parties are not allowed.
- Pets not allowed.
- Smoking outside only.
- Not permitted: vehicle washing nor Charging electric vehicles.

Cleaning and Maintenance Notice
- Cleaning and maintenance services are included and are essential to ensure the ongoing quality of the property, as required by the owners and for the benefit of all guests. The technicians responsible for exterior maintenance (pool and garden inc.) work on own schedules and may access the property without prior notice.
- If you wish to opt out of the cleaning service only, please let us know in advance so we can consider alternative arrangements. In the absence of any request, services will proceed as per the usual schedule.

My son was getting married in vilamoura and the property was rented for his future mother-in-law and for the bride to get ready the day of the wedding. Very good price for the location the pool was great and we would definitely book again.

Perfect family holiday!!!

The property was very well decorated and furnished and spotlessly clean. It is so spacious and it is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The pool is very deep 2.6m at the deep end. Just across the road from the old village and a 10 -15 minute walk from the marina. Bolt taxis are very cheap to use here. Overall a hantastic find
