Perfect vacation villa

My family of 4 had an amazing and restful stay. My teens loved their private loft room with full bath to themselves. Note, there are spiral stairs so can be a little tricky with large luggage. The host is super responsive and answered all questions. She takes pride in her property and has it decorated and furnished beautifully. Thank you for a cozy, restful stay!

Excellent!

I would highly recommend staying at this place within Palmetto Dunes resort. I rode the complimentary bikes just a short ride to the beach house. All the amenities are very convenient and the condo itself is well stocked with everything you need.

Cozy condo in Palmetto Dunes

This condo was so cozy and a perfect anniversary getaway! We rode our bikes to the beach and enjoyed all of palmetto dunes’ bike paths.

A clean getaway

Condo was in a wonderful area. We rode bikes everywhere, including the beach. There was a general store and restaurants, kayaks and bike rentals, and restaurants all within walking or bike riding distance. The condo itself was spacious and comfortable. We would rent this unit again if coming back to the island.

Several Issues but ended up ok

We didn't actually get to stay in this property so it's difficult to leave an accurate review. After paying in full for our trip, we were contacted by Laura and told that there was a booking mistake and we could no longer stay in the property. It was RBC Heritage that week so prices had doubled. We were offered to stay in another property in a different area so stayed there. It was hectic and disappointing but the condo we stayed in ended up being very nice. Only complaints: there was no toilet paper in the entire condo upon arrival so we had to head directly to the store. Then there was no freon so the unit was 80+ degrees. Laura contacted the owner who set up a service call. When we got back, the guy told us the freon was replaced so it was now 73 degrees, which was great. Laura then acted as though there had been nothing wrong and that we had just complained about nothing, without realizing freon had to be replaced. In fact, for being cancelled on a week before our trip after full payment, having no toilet paper upon arrival and 80+ degrees in the unit, I felt we were very understanding and patient. Overall, Laura made an effort to remedy the problems, which ended up fine in the end.
