We didn't actually get to stay in this property so it's difficult to leave an accurate review. After paying in full for our trip, we were contacted by Laura and told that there was a booking mistake and we could no longer stay in the property. It was RBC Heritage that week so prices had doubled. We were offered to stay in another property in a different area so stayed there. It was hectic and disappointing but the condo we stayed in ended up being very nice. Only complaints: there was no toilet paper in the entire condo upon arrival so we had to head directly to the store. Then there was no freon so the unit was 80+ degrees. Laura contacted the owner who set up a service call. When we got back, the guy told us the freon was replaced so it was now 73 degrees, which was great. Laura then acted as though there had been nothing wrong and that we had just complained about nothing, without realizing freon had to be replaced. In fact, for being cancelled on a week before our trip after full payment, having no toilet paper upon arrival and 80+ degrees in the unit, I felt we were very understanding and patient. Overall, Laura made an effort to remedy the problems, which ended up fine in the end.
