Come enjoy a relaxing stay at our beautiful vacation house located in the heart of Sylvan Beach! 5 Bedrooms total, sleeps 10. Downstairs has a full sized kitchen with breakfast bar, small dining area, and full living room, along with 3 bedrooms and a full bath with a tub. First floor laundry, too! The upstairs has 2 full bedrooms- one with a queen bed and a lake view, and the other with twin bunk beds. There is also a full bathroom upstairs as well, a large living room with futon and seating area for 8, and a dry bar. The ceilings are 9' so it is so bright and open- and there is a sliding door to the balcony- with a lake view- this place really is a gem on the lake.
*Property is located 200 feet from sandy beach access walkway, access is across the street, it's a one minute walk away, and the entire beach in front of the property is public
•Spectacular view of Oneida lake beachfront from 2nd floor balcony and side deck area off kitchen downstairs
•Access to beach a 1 minute walk.
•Wifi covers entire property.
•Appliances including: washer, dryer, stove, microwave, coffee maker and dishwasher, Kitchenaid stand mixer, outdoor gas grill.
•2 AC units cool all dining and living room areas on hot days, 6 ceiling fans also throughout house.
•40 inch cable TV downstairs and 40 inch TV with Netflix upstairs as well.
•Parking available for 2 cars and one truck, maximum on site. We have Additional parking space for up to 3 more vehicles or boat trailers nearby.
•Sleeps 8 adults and 2 kids
•Deck and balcony looking out to lake
•Gas fireplace and heating system for chilly spring or fall nights.
•Located within a 5 minute walk to 6 restaurants, 0.1 miles to convenience store, 0.2 miles from historic Sylvan Beach Amusement park, 0.5 miles from several marinas, 0.1 miles to small lakeside casino, 20 minute drive to Turning Stone Casino, 20 minute drive to Vernon Downs, 40 minute drive to Destiny USA Shopping center, 10 golf courses within 10 miles, and 1 hour from the Adirondacks.

We were in New York for our son’s graduation from Syracuse. Sulvan is a quaint beach town. People here were very friendly. We enjoyed every place we ate there.Our host went out of their way to make our stay pleasurable. We would definitely stay here again!

Family time at the beach

This house was a wonderful location for our family, age 4 -71. There was something for everyone. The house was so close to lake it was easy to go back and forth as needed. The owners were very responsive and wonderful to deal with. We certainly will look to book another vacation here soon!

Great vacation rental

We rented the vacation home on Sylvan Beach for a week for a wedding and family reunion in Camden, NY. The owners of this vacation rental were great. They responded to any questions that we had immediately and they were very accommodating. The lake is visible from the property and the beach access is within 200 feet of the property. The renovated upstairs area is open and we were able to add a couple of air mattresses for young children. We had a wonderful time and we will definitely try to get back to the rental again.

Responsive owners. Great location. Many new updates, appliances very nice. Parking is terrible. No outside area besides very small deck to accommodate the number of people the house can sleep. Terrible double beds (owner brought over one new mattress but box spring was broken and was on its second repair.) Only 1 window air conditioner for house. Not enough seating in living room for all guests. 1 couch 1 chair. Upstairs tv located in weird location for viewing from sitting area. Can't park in front of open lot next door, you get yelled at. Close to great beach, bar right behind house with live music, restaurants, shopping.

Week near the beach

This property is very close to the beach and within walking distance from restaurants. We had 5 adults and a teen and found some of the beds were not comfortable. We were able to easily communicate with the property owner after we arrived. Good rental option for easy access of the beach

The cabin was lovely - great to have a washer and dryer on site. Easy walk to the beach. Sadly, you can't control who is renting next to you.

A dream property

This is a little piece of heaven which showcases the very best of sylvan beach! The location is perfection; the beach is a stone’s throw away as are all the restaurants, amusement park, and main street’s events...the owners could not be nicer or more helpful and there wasn’t anything they didn’t provide! It was a beautiful stay!

Sylvan Beach for 5 days of relaxation.....?

Vacations are always hard work ... But we had a great Stay and were able to do all that we wanted. Now we are home and need a vacation !!! Great property we enjoyed it all to much !!!!

Beautiful Sunsets

The sunsets over Oneida Lake were absolutely gorgeous. This is an awesome property with 5 bedrooms, a great little patio and beautiful view of the lake. The owners are wonderful to work with. The upstairs has a balcony and a little bar area. check out all the photos on the site. The only thing that disappointed us was that the floors were very dirty upon our arrival. Everything else was super clean.

Great location to park your car and walk to the beach and entertainment

If you are looking for a house that has easy access to the beach, restaurants, amusements, gas, and some stores this is your house. There was plenty of room to spread out and plenty of room to get together for games and family fun. We cooked almost every day so the kitchen and grill got lots of use. The kids were on the beach every single day in the water and back again walking on the beach every night. The sunsets were outstanding. From fitness walking in the morning to stolls for coffee, to walks for ice cream after dinner we spent most of our time on our feet instead of in the car. Such a good location. The hosts were just a text away if needed (and one of their Dads actually stopped by and put out the trash the night before trash collection). We loved our vacation here. You'll love it too.

We had a wonderful vacation and stay at this comfy cottage on the beach! The house offered all the necessary amenities for the week. Great beach house

We had a very good stay, even though the weather didn't cooperate for us. It was a great home base as we went around town and to the beach. It was very comfortable inside and our 2 and a half year old had a great time checking out all the rooms. It is a unique house with a lot of charm. The owners were very responsive and made us feel extremely welcome. We will definitely be going back.
