Come stay at Sandy Feet Retreat that offers a breathtaking view of Oneida Lake! Walking distance to amazing restaurants, amusement park, the canal, Casino and much more! Enjoy the serenity of a beach right in your backyard, which is perfect for swimming, kayaking, and many more water activities. Lake view from almost every room of the house. Enjoy a nice fire in the pit at night and roast some marshmallows.
There is plenty of parking
Fully stocked kitchen with new appliances.
5 bedrooms
2 King beds, 1 queen bed, 1 full bed, and 2 twins.
2 full bathrooms
1 with a tub/shower and the other with a shower stall.
Roku tv’s with Netflix along with internet, and wifi.
We provide books, board games, movies, two kayaks, 2 life jackets, grill, air conditioning, washer/dryer. baby items include bassinet, highchair, potty chair. Towels, linens, A STARTER supply of dish soap, dishwasher pods, paper towels, garbage bags, laundry soap, shampoo, conditioner. We do not supply firewood for the pit but you can buy it locally or bring your own.
Ring camera on front and back door for security.
Everything you need to just relax!

Clean beach area at night. Machine comes through every morning to groom and will destroy anything left behind.
Garbage goes out on Sundays. Cans brought in on Monday.

Great location!

The property has a great location right on the lake with a small beach area right at the house. The water nearby is very shallow for a long ways out into the lake, so it was great for my two year old daughter. We had a great time play in the sand, kayaking and having nightly s'mores!

WONDERFUL

We had a stupendous week! Place is beautiful, clean, convenient, they had everything you need, and even those little things you tend to forget. Hosts have great communication and were very responsive. We can't wait for next year.

Great family vacation home

Clean, comfortable, roomy shared areas, good kitchen essentials and seating areas. It’s probably still echoing with Giggles and little running feet of 4 cousins age 2 to 4! Lake is great for little ones, warm and no deeper than a foot for at least 500 feet out so the kids had a huge “pool” ! Patty was terrific, responsive and had the drawers stocked with basics like food wrap, foil, Storage bags, coffee, Salt etc . Thanks for the backdrop for a family week! Fire pit and sunsets were great

Lifelong Friend Vacation

The location was amazing walking distance to restaurants and convenience stores. We spent a lot of time in the back yard and on the water front which was very well maintained and stocked with seating options. The house was wonderfully clean. The open floor plan of the main living space was great for cooking and still being able to interact with the rest of the group. Patty was incredibly responsive and helpful during our entire stay. Definitely recommend!!

Great house in a great location !

This is a very nice house, plenty of space, plenty of amenities. We had a nice assortment of pots and pans and dishes to use. There were plenty of towels for us to use. Patty, the owner was very responsive to any questions I had and we would definitely book this property again.

Great House, Great Beach!!!

This was a perfect COVID trip. Our family was unable to do our trip to Disney. This property gave us fun, sun and we didn't have to feel on top of eachother. The homeowner was wonderful. The beach is perfect for kids, shallow so far out! The dogs loved it too! We are definitely going back next year!

Family Sandy Feet Retreat

Everything was great!The residence was perfectly set up ! Very relaxing ! Patty thought of everything! I would recommend this property to everyone who wants to enjoy time away from busy life at home! Loving the lake life!

We had an amazing time! The house very comfortably accommodated 2 families with children ages 6-15. Beautiful lake-front property with a small, sandy beach that the kids enjoyed. We spent most of our time outside enjoying the sun/shade, views, lake, and fire pit. Property had floats and kayaks for use in the lake. Short walk (about a mile?) on Main Street or along the beach to the center of town with ice cream, a few shops, and bar/restaurants. We even stumbled upon a outdoor concert on the green. Owners were so nice and responded to texts immediately. Would definitely recommend!

Amazing Vacation Spot

The house is absolutely beautiful. The view of the lake and the sunsets at night are gorgeous. We had a blast in the lake and by the fire pit at night. The property manager is very nice and helpful. It’s an amazing vacation spot to go with your family or even with friends. Thank you so much for letting us stay at your home.

Great find

We had 4 kids and 5 adults very comfortably in this charming house. Perfect location on the water which is very shallow for a long ways out. The sunsets are gorgeous here as well. We would absolutely stay here again!

Great beach spot with plenty of room

We had such a lovely time at this lake house! There were plenty of rooms and space that two families traveling together felt comfortable. Two bigger rooms on the first floor connect to bathrooms and was nice for two sets of parents. The street has like 3 houses on it with no through traffic, so it’s really quiet. The backyard has a grassy area to sit and relax and then a clean, sandy beach to the lake. Sun sets in the backyard which is gorgeous. The lake is shallow all the way out, so even with small children, it was nice to not worry about them going out to far. We would love to go back, highly recommend!

Great family vacation

My wife and I along with our kids invited my mother, aunt and mother in law to go on a quick vacation as we have not spent a lot of time together because of the national pandemic. From growing up in upstate NY, I was familiar with Oneida Lake, but haven't been their since a teenager. We absolutely loved the property and the house was perfect for our group. Bonfires every night and the kids were able to go in the water because it was so shallow for a long way out. Only down fall was we could not fish from the property because it was so shallow. Patti was excellent to work with and addressed any concern/questions we had. Our family had such a great time that we didn't want to leave and have all ready have talked about coming back next year. Highly recommend. Jim

Blissful Retreat
