This picturesque woodland annexe cottage rests in Newton Stewart and can sleep two people in one bedroom.

The Coach House is a delightful cottage surrounded by woodland on the outskirts of the market town of Newton Stewart. There is one double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, sleeping two guests, as well as a cloakroom and an open-plan living room with kitchen, dining and seating area with woodburning stove. Outside, there is a gravelled front garden with picnic bench, a rear lawn with seating and the property is surrounded by woodland, while you will find ample off-road parking. The Coach House is a delightful rural retreat in Scotland.

Amenities: Gas central heating with wood-burning stove. Electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, Smart TV with DVD Player, WiFi and selection of books. Pull up socket with USB charger. Fuel and power inc. in rent, logs (free of charge) upon request. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking. Gravelled front garden with picnic bench and ping pong table for still days. Rear lawn with seating. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 0.5 miles. Note: Property only suitable for babies under 1 year old; travel cot not provided, please bring your own. A 7kw type 2 EV charging point with an 8 meter cable is available with prior agreement with the owners, and payment for this will be expected on check out.

Town: The market town of Newton Stewart, famous for its salmon and trout fishing, lies between serene rolling countryside of the Machars and the Galloway Forest Park. The area is steeped in history; the first Christian church in Scotland was founded in AD 397 in Whithorn. The beautiful coastline is a mixture of sandy beaches and rocky shores teeming with birdlife, whilst inland there is superb walking country to be discovered in the Galloway Hills and Forest Park.
