This place is spectacular and the host is a dream…taking care of everything for your trip. The sunsets were amazing and we enjoyed the boat days offered from our host Damiano. Our family had the very best time here and would love to come back soon. The rooms are big with attached baths, so many terraces to enjoy. We loved every second!!!

There are so many good things to say but I’ll keep it short. We went as a group of 14 and Damiano was as good as a host gets. Not only was he helping us well before our trip in helping to get transportation planned out but he was also very attentive to our needs while we were at the villa. The villa itself has everything you need and more! Right down the hill you will find 2 restaurants along with a small shop, similar to a “corner store” in the states. That said, the villa is a bit away from the main hustle and bustle but that is part of its appeal. You don’t go to stay there to be in the middle of it all. You go to stay there to have a place to hang out and enjoy in between all the other excursions. Excursions that Damiano can help you plan out along with his own boat trip on the water. My family and I are truly greatful that everything went according to plan

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Lubra Casa Relax! It is a lovely, well kept older boutique hotel in a tiny village where everyone knows everyone! The owner was very pleasant and helped us get oriented when we arrived. During the booking process he had been less helpful. Parking is a bit of an issue. The cost is 10 euros a day to use the provided lot. Street parking is tight but some of our party were able to find it. The villa was much more expensive than the one we had booked the week before in Puglia, but the Amalfi coast is a more expensive area. Be prepared to take your life in your hands when driving in the area. The switchbacks are very tight, and the drivers in the area aggressive! Other than that, we had a wonderful experience.

This was the most stunning villa. We had a range of kids and adults- perfect for our group of 13. Host was great, offered suggestions for the area and was very accommodating. Go down to the local market for a morning coffee, head to the two nearby restaurants (they’re delicious). We paid extra for parking (worth it). Driving is not for the faint of heart, but you get used to it by day two. The location was our favorite- close enough to Sorrento but away from the city chaos.

What an incredible place! We had 3 days here as a vroup of 14 and felt like royalty. The home dates back to the 17th century and has been so beautifully modernized. It has the old charm yet so comfortable. We enjoyed the view over the bay each night with a beautiful sunset. Local restaurant and shop within walking distance. We really enjoyed the local, down to earth and charm of this village. Damiano was iincredible with his recommendation for local transport, boat cruises and general know-how.

The villa, the town, and Damiano were AMAZING! The house was huge, historic, and had a great layout that allowed for a lot of privacy or togetherness. We had 8 but easily could have fit 6 more. Damiano truly went above and beyond. He was there to help with everything! He captained our trip to capri, arranged a private in home chef for us, signed us up for pizza school, arranged many transfers, even coordinated a dinner when we didn’t plan properly. He really helped make it our favorite part of our trip to Italy.

Amazing stay!! Highly recommend!My family came with us and occupied all 7 rooms. There was a bathroom in each and several half baths - perfect for a large group. Domiano was amazing! So helpful from the beginning! He speaks wonderful English and has a bunch of recommendations and help if you need anything. The pool was not heated, that was our only complaint:p the outside is beautiful with a patio area with lots of chairs and tables. It also has two upper balconies. It can get quite windy because the villa is up at the top of the hill, so sometimes you need to remove the cushions. Parking is street parking, which can be quite tricky, or you can pay 10 per day to have private parking through the villa owner. There is a little store at the bottom of the hill which has waters, wine, pastries, etc. There’s also a pizza place that’s walkable:) Overall love experience and highly recommend!!

This 400 y/o villa is in a quaint village, with 2 restaurants and a small corner market nearby. For our family of 12 it was spacious and accommodating. The views of the mediterranean and sunset were stunning.The property manager, Damiano, was excellent at communicating and arranging a variety of services requested by our group (arrival flexibility, boat tour, in-house chef, initial grocery run, etc).The two dinners prepared by Maria and her team were absolutely delicious.

Fantastic home

Libra casa relax was a beautiful property with great amenities. The host Damiano provided 5 star service. The location is remote enough to be out of the crowds but is surrounded by local restaurants and grocery stores (all were fantastic). We will visit again.

Amazing local feel and wonderful space

Gorgeous views and perfectly set up for large groups. Great rooms with a bathroom in each. Great communal hang out areas with industrial kitchen immersed in lovely Schiazzano. 2 great local restaurants with friendly staff. Couldn't ask for a better plae and Damiano and family take care of everything!!

Family if thirteen getaway

Property afforded a great family experience in Italy. Views were beautiful and outdoor patio so inviting. The accommodations exceeded expectations for our large group.Damiano was professional, knowledgeable and eager to meet our needs. Neighborhood was quaint and offered wonderful cafes and restaurants. They did not disappoint and provided easy access during our visit for snacks, fabulous pizza and grand dining.Would definitely consider for a return visit.

A magical family adventure

We were a large group traveling together in Italy to find our family roots. This villa could not have been more perfect. We hired a chef for one evening, had great meals nearby and grew to love our hosts inSchiazzano Damiano was incredibly responsive during our stay and leading up to it for over a year! We had a great time!

Incredibly charming location—the town square with its convenience store, church, and two restaurants were a short walk from the front door. We went on a lovely tour of the local lemon and cheese making that started in the same town square. Would absolutely book again. Thank you Damiano, Rosa, and Rita!

Amazing house in a beautiful village

This place has a charm and the house is simply stunning and the views are breathtaking. I cant wait to go back again and spending more time in this house and the village is very peaceful with friendly people. Damiano was very helpful in checking us in and we also booked a boat ride with him and he showed us the best of Amalfi Coast. A magical stay in a special place

Live, eat, chat with the locals. The kicker?? You get to stay at the most enchanting, historical, perfectly managed villa in the heart of a tiny community. Nestled in Massa Lubrense the ideal retreat to get away from it all, relax, chill and breathe, whilst overlooking a view to end all views! Damiano was 100% in his communication, advice, knowledge and availability. Locally, the shop for coffee and cake, the restaurant run by Franco and his service excellence abound! Loved it from start to finish. Highly recommend!!

Unforgettable family vacation

Hidden gem. Cute little town with wonderful pizza making class nearby. And also, we did not get to do the olive oil and lemon farm to table experience but that looks awesome as well. Lubra Casa Relax and Damiano were perfecto. Bedrooms, bathrooms, decks overlooking sea were so plentiful and nice. Cannot say enough about Damiano and the place. Wonderful family experience. Cute little towns all around. 20 minutes to Sorrento and 25 to Positano. Can’t wait to come back!

Serene Location and Wonderful Host

The villa itself was truly stunning. Every room was well-equipped and accomodating to our party of seven. Upon stepping outside, we were even more mesmerized by the beauty of the property, providing an excellent view of the coast of Naples. In addition to this, the host was highly attentive, assisting us with trip management and connecting us with car transfer services to explore nearby cities including Sorrento and Capri. Perfect!

Lubra Casa Relax was the perfect setting for our Italian getaway! The house was fully stocked for all our needs, and the layout is truly remarkable, giving us spaces for relaxing, reading, chatting and celebrating. Each morning included a walk to espresso and relaxing conversation as we planned our days... and each evening offered stunning sunsets from our patio. Damiano was kind, responsive and incredibly helpful. We highly recommend Lubra Casa Relax! We can't wait to return!

Too far from Sorrento

If you wish to visit Sorrento this villa is too far away. Taxi fares were €80 one way so over the course of 4 days we easily spent over €1000 in taxi fares

Sorry but we are proud to be a little bit far from Sorrento (15 min by car), as we are quiet village in a strategic location between Sant’Agata and Massa. As all the guests I suggest you to hire cars or book transportation by me, maybe you should save some money. Otherwise you spent less cause if you would have booked a villa in Sorrento for 14 people you would have spent double the money probably.

Wonderful stay in Massa Lubrense

My extended family of 11, including 5 kids, all stayed at Lubra Casa Relax for a week. It was the perfect base camp to enjoy day trips to Sorrento, Positano, Amalfi and Pompeii while getting away from the busy crowds at the end of the day. Da Francesco and L’antico Scantinato are both great restaurants within 100 meters of the Villa.The Villa itself is well appointed for a large group with plenty of privacy for everyone and great views! Damiano was a wonderful host and communicative throughout. He also helped coordinate an amazing private dinner with chef Maria at the Villa, which I strongly recommend. My family has gone on countless trips throughout Italy and this sits at the top. Thank you, Damiano!

Boutique hotel

This property was great for our group of 12. We thought it was a large house from the listing so we were a little surprised when we got there and realized we rented an entire boutique hotel (without the staff of course). Each room has its own key and a key to the front door. Beds were comfortable, most of the ac units worked pretty well, clean bathrooms in each. we did miss having a comfortable family or living room area but the outside patio area worked just fine. The pool is small but we enjoyed it! We rented cars but chose not to drive and were lucky to find an uber/limo driver who arranged 2 vans to drive us to and from the whole time we were there. This place isn't walkable to much, but there’s a few stores and restaurants down the street worth visiting. The hosts Rosa and Damiano were helpful and welcoming. Overall I would recommend this place for a big group, its beautiful views at sunset, ac units and the lovely pool.

We highly recommend Lubra Casa Relax!

We’re a group of 11 friends who stayed at the amazing Lubra Casa Relax for 5 nights! The property itself is absolutely incredible - every room has its own fully equipped bathroom, there’s a full kitchen and washing machine, and air con throughout the property. The outdoor areas and pool were enjoyed by us all so much! The area the house is in is so lovely and quiet which was a nice break from visiting other areas in the Amalfi Coast. There are two restaurants right by the property and we highly recommend Francesco’s where we enjoyed several meals. We wouldn’t have wanted to have stayed anywhere else and recommend this amazing house to anyone, but just be aware that transfers to other areas can be pricey and the shop that is right by the property isn’t always open, but don’t let this stop you from choosing to stay here! Thank you so much Damiano and the team for such an incredible stay and all of your help and advice during our stay!
