The apartment, Os Fragosinhos I, is completely new and has been ready to open since September 2020. This apartment, in addition to being new, has a pleasant, modern decor and the location is simply perfect! The apartment is located right in the center of Funchal, opposite a supermarket, a bakery and just a 5-minute walk from the famous Mercado do Lavradores. The entire city can be explored on foot and our guests will find it easy to find lots of restaurants, pastry shops, bakeries, ice cream shops and even the city's famous Old Town, where pleasant terraces abound.

Private Parking Information:

Private parking is available at a location nearby.
Reservations are mandatory and must be made in advance, before the arrival day.
The daily parking cost is 15€ per day.
Payment for parking must be made via bank transfer.

A surcharge of 40€ applies for arrivals after 21h.
All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.

*City Hall Fee: 2€ per guest, per night, to be paid by bank transfer before the day of check-in.
*Please note that all bookings from October 2024 onwards will be subject to this fee.
