Apartment across from the ocean

In my opinion, I think it's a lovely oceanfront apartment with an lift. It consists of a living room combined with a dining room, a kitchen, a bathroom, and three bedrooms. This apartment sleeps up to 4 people.

Make yourself at home—all amenities are included: sheets, towels, tea towels, a washing machine, a dishwasher...
The entire house will be available to guests, with the following amenities:
- Free unlimited symmetrical Wi-Fi. The internet connection works very well in the living/dining room, but the signal is limited in the bedrooms and coverage may not be strong there.
-Air conditioning in the living/dining area and in one of the bedrooms.
-ELECTRICITY: 20 kW/day included. Any additional consumption must be paid in cash. Consumption exceeding this limit will be billed at 0.30 €/kWh, calculated based on the metre reading at the beginning and end of the stay


NOT INCLUDED:
-Towel and sheet change service...
-Beach towels
-Arrivals outside of established hours: 30€

PLEASE NOTE:
-In accordance with Royal Decree 933/2021 of October 26, 2021, ALL GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO PROVIDE PERSONAL INFORMATION AND IDENTIFICATION UPON ARRIVAL.
-If, during your stay, items such as hand soap or toilet paper run out, we will not restock them.
