One of the key highlights of this apartment is its location in an extremely safe neighborhood, providing residents with a secure and peaceful living environment. Overall, this 2-bedroom apartment in Palma Ceia combines historic charm, convenient access to attractions, and a safe neighborhood for a comfortable and enjoyable living experience.
Other things to note:

You are staying in the prestigious Palma Ceia neighborhood in South Tampa. This area is quiet with a lot of charm. The street names throughout Palma Ceia are of Cuban origin, coming from streets in the old section of Havana. Historians say the most likely explanation is that Angel Cuesta, president of Cuesta, Rey Cigars, shared a map of Havana with developer Thomas Palmer while discussing the area.
I highly recommend using ride-sharing services:
- Airport ~ 6.2 mi ~15 min
- Cruise terminal ~4.5 mi ~ 9min
- Raymond James Stadium ~ 4.3mi ~ 11 min
- Amelie Arena ~ 3mi ~ 9min
- Hyde Park / SOHO ~ 1.2 mi ~5min
- St Pete Beaches ~27 mi ~45min
Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP.

It is a city with plenty of activities. Many days you can find me in a hammock, riding a bike, or sitting on the beach watching the sun set.
