Art Loft 06 'Travelling Light' in Valencia
A unique space in the city of Valencia. Industrial style lofts next to the Palacio de Congresos and the Valencia Fair.
You will think you are in the heart of New York Soho at the beginning of the '50s. The Loft has design and spaces in the purest industrial style that will invite you to a totally atypical stay, outside the standards of rental homes. At the same time you will feel the warmth of home, since the apartment has all the services and is equipped with everything you need to feel at home. It has a total area of 110 m² distributed over two floors.
On the lower floor is the main room, made up of the living room and the open kitchen concept, creating a spacious and clear space so that you do not miss any detail. A wall formed by huge bamboo canes separates the living room from a double room with a bathroom. From the access floor, a metal platform will take you to the upper floor, where you will find a second double room with a private bathroom.

No recomentation because of unacceptable noises
Over the last 15 years we have rent a lot of apartments but no one with this level of noises. A sewage pipe from the flats in the house above runs along the ceiling of the flat and is virtually uninsulated. Every time someone go to the toilet in the flats above, the water splashes through the pipe with a noise that makes you think it's splashing on your head. You can also hear if everyone takes a shower in the flats above. Furthermore, the pumping of the condensation water from the system of of the air condition is so loud that your ears almost fall off when it is running. Conclusion, the stay in this flat was not relaxing.
