From the Penthouse there is a breathtaking view of the Gulf of Asinara with the endless shades of blue of the Sardinian sea. The beach is under the house.

Close to the most beautiful sea in Sardinia, with the white sandy beach under the house and all services less than 100 meters away, the Sea-Watch Penthouse represents the ideal place to spend unforgettable vacations in peace and quiet.

Imagine evenings spent relaxing in the company of friends and family in the cool of the large veranda overlooking the sea, with the saltiness of the adventures just experienced on the beach still on your skin.

Ideal for families with children, or young people on vacation, this wonderful third-floor penthouse offers ample convivial space, 3 large bedrooms (two doubles - one with an en-suite bathroom - and one with two single bunk beds) 2 bathrooms with showers, living room with comfortable sofas, dining table for 9 people, kitchen equipped with all appliances, covered and furnished veranda with table for 8 people, chairs, umbrellas, deck chairs, and enchanting 180-degree sea view.

The colors are stunning, as are the scents that mingle with those of the vegetation and the sea.

The house is equipped with air conditioning and heating, so that you can stay there even during winter. WiFi included.

A heating supplement of 80€ per week will be charged for winter stays.

The house is located very few meters from the center of the town and the central square, in front of the sea and the beach. All around the house there are plenty of stores and restaurants, supermarket within walking distance

The house is located on a street with few residents, parking is free and free depending on availability, normal is easy to leave the car directly in front of the door of the building. The car is necessary to go to discover the beaches of North Sardinia.

Great apartment with amazing views

We really enjoyed staying in this property which had really good amenities. The view from the balcony is amazing and we enjoyed eating out there. The kitchen is well stocked and the apartment was very clean. Any requests were dealt with well. It was in good walking distance from the beach, bars and shops - although up a steep hill which kept us fit. Thank you for having us to stay.

Wonderful view, quiet, be AWARE price is for 4

Great situation, small beach (crowded in summer) directly down the street, but early morning bathing is perfect, even a free shower, (1E for the “bigger “ beach on the left). For the price, ad not clear, PRICE is for 4 even if house for 6, extra to be paid just a small sentence in English 40 E per day . Otherwise milk, water in fridge, enough extra food from previous persons, a lot of kitchen ware like at home. Domenica the responsable on site responds quickly. Small food market down the street. Good vacation

Beautiful views, good location

The apartment was lovely with a balcony overlooking the sea with beautiful sunsets. It’s at the top of a steep hill so quite a challenge in the heat but less than a 10 minute walk down to the beach - longer on the way back! Lots of really nice beaches to choose from and if you have a car it’s worth doing a bit of exploring further afield. Lu Bagnu is. very Italian with plenty of authentic Italian restaurants many of which are reasonably priced. It’s a 10 minute drive to Casselsardo which is a bit more lively and has several Gelateria which are worth a visit! The walk up to the castle is challenging but well worth the effort and we found some lovely restaurants within the “village”. The area is clearly favoured by Italians as a holiday resort and we found more people able to understand our GCSE French and Spanish than English. We made good use of Google translate! Our only complaint would be the check in. Our flight landed at 9pm and the host, Maria, said we wouldn’t arrive in Lu Bagnu before 11.30pm and that Domenica would be there to meet us. We were unable to contact Domenica on the number given (probably a problem with our mobile providers) but arrived at midnight having taken an hour at passport control, an hour to pick up the hire car and an hour’s drive. We went to the address given which turned out to be an office which was obviously closed at that time and we started to think we’d been scammed and would be spending the night in the car. We eventually got hold of Maria who called Domenica on our behalf who had gone home as we were so late ( turns out she’d been told we were arriving at the apartment at 9pm). Eventually a friend of hers appeared and took us to the apartment which was several roads away and in the middle of a complex that we couldn’t drive to though it was only a short walk from the road . It all turned out fine but a very stressful start to the holiday. When Domenica eventually showed she was really helpful and was able to advise on restaurants and activities. It would have been nice if the apartment could have been cleaned half way through our 2 week stay given what we were charged for cleaning, but overall we had a really lovely holiday.

Wow, Philip, this is an adventure instead of a start of holiday :) But be sure that where there is ClickSardegna, there is always a professional waiting for you, by phone or with a delegate right in the house. Late arrivals are always a problem, and my great worry is that my guest get lost in the middle of nowhere, for this you were provided with my personal telephone number and link with the house position. Cadre magnifique, mais appartement trop cher

Bel appartement lumineux, plutôt moderne et bien décoré. Vue magnifique depuis une belle terrasse, environnement calme (nous y étions en octobre). Beaucoup d'armoires, et de cintres, dans les chambres. Cuisine bien équipée, vaisselle et plats en abondance. Néanmoins, les chaises sont toutes des chaises pliantes aux pieds qui se mettent à rouiller, au dossier peu confortable et pas adaptées à la hauteur de la table. De plus, il y avait un problème d'eau chaude à la cuisine et nous avons dû faire des pieds et des mains pour qu'il soit résolu (du calcaire dans les tuyaux). Le frigo se remet en marche toutes les 15 minutes et il est assez bruyant. Il y a deux salles de bain, ce qui est fort agréable, mais les douches sont très petites, la savonnière a disparu dans l'une, et il n'y a pas de support pour le papier de toilettes. Le séjour est peu spacieux pour les 6 personnes qui peuvent loger dans l'appartement. Sur la terrasse, deux chaises longues et pas de table pour y manger. Dommage! Il manque aussi un parasol. Finalement, le nom "MAISON Lu Bagnu" nous a fait croire que nous louions une maison de vacances et non un appartement... Surprise à l'arrivée! En conclusion, nous avons passé un séjour très agréable avec un temps splendide, mais trop de détails à revoir dans l'appartement rendent le prix de location excessif.

Je suis désolé que vous pensiez que c'était une villa, mais il est clairement indiqué qu'il s'agit d'un penthouse avec vue sur la mer. De plus, vous n'étiez que 2 personnes et nous avons équipé la maison de deux lits extérieure sur la terrasse pour deux personnes, pas pour 4. Concernant l'eau chaude dans la cuisine, nous avons mis à votre disposition le lave-vaisselle, nous vous avons expliqué comment l'utiliser, mais elle répondit qu'il ne savait pas s'en servir. Je suis désolé que vous n'ayez laissé qu'un avis 3 étoiles, madame, mais vous ne pouvez pas nous reprocher votre incapacité à utiliser la technologie. Je comprends qu'à son âge, c'est difficile, mais c'était une simple pression sur un bouton pour le mettre en marche. Le réfrigérateur fait le bruit de tous les réfrigérateurs, mais 3 étoiles, c'est très peu pour une si belle maison et pour des vacances agréables où vous écrivez vous-même : '' Bel appartement lumineux, plutôt moderne et bien décoré. Vue magnifique depuis une belle terrasse, environnement calme (nous y étions en octobre). Beaucoup d'armoires, et de cintres, dans les chambres. Schönes Apartment mit super Aussicht

Das Apartment ist gepflegt und sauber, alle notwendigen Gegenstände vorhanden, Küche mit viel Geschirr ausgestattet. Ein Schlafzimmer mit direktem Blick aufs Meer, eine große Terrasse für entspanntes Frühstück. Stand, Supermärkte und Restaurants in Lu Bagnu zu Fuß schnell zu erreichen. Kommunikation mit Vermieter und lokaler Vertretung problemlos, Check in und Check out ebenfalls (obwohl wir wegen Flugerspätung erst um 0:30 eingetroffen sind). Kleiner Nachteil: einen sicheren Fußweg ins 2 km entfernte Castelsardo gibt es nicht.
