Andy was a great host. We had a minor issue with one of the beds and he had it fixed in a timely manner. The house was even better than we expected. The pool was also a great perk and not too cold. Location was close to the beaches, shopping and restaurants. We very much enjoyed our time there and would recommend to anyone looking for a nice place to stay.

Great stay

Plenty of sunny days with some rain good for catch up days. Great hideaway from busy streets with the private feel you crave on vacation. Everything you would want or need was at the house or within a close drive. The pool was always inviting! Our host was always reachable and very accommodating…

Loved the pool and lanaii

Lovely house, good neighborhood. Close to Venice beaches and to Shamrock Park for the bike trail. Pool was great to have. Owners were responsive to questions and concerns, addressing them quickly. Expect us back.

Nice place

Comfortable and clean accommodations for a couple or small family. The location makes accessibility to all of the attractions the greater Venice area has to offer (beaches; restaurants; parks; etc.) very easy, yet it is also close to local stores and facilities associated with longer visits (groceries; hospital; gyms; hobby shops; etc.). Common home amenities (i.e. kitchen utensils, silverware and dishes; towels and linens; toilet paper; cleaning supplies; etc.) for our stay in May were sufficient, although any common kitchen spices (except salt and pepper) were oddly absent. The pool area was very nice, with plenty of seating, but pool water temperature averaged 90 deg F during our 2 week stay, despite the attempts of the owners to disconnect or bypass the solar heating system. The house also included many toys (beach chairs; swim noodles; bicycles), a gas grill, and use of the garage; however, because the owners store their own vehicle and many other household items in the garage, only a motorcycle or a very small car might fit into it (we parked outside).

The place was very nice. Enjoyed the heated pool. The only problem we had was the water was sulfur.
