This home is one of the best homes in the South Padre Island rental market due to location, size, and amenties. The home has it's own private heated pool which is perfect after long days at the beach just steps away. Seaside Story Part 2 is an extremely comfortable home which allows you to relax and have the comforts of a home. Wi-Fi, Cable, Gas Grill, and stocked kitchen are just a few of the offerings.

Just steps from the ocean and with numerous restaurants, shops, and bars within walking distance of the home, Seaside Story 2 is an ideal location for a wonderful vacation.

Amazing and Relaxing

Amazing place to stay. There is plenty of room and you can quite literally cross the street for immediate beach access. Plenty of bathrooms and rooms. Great space for larger groups. The host did an amazing job in prepping for our stay and everything was clean and comfortable. I will definitely be renting again for any future trips.

Plenty of room in the perfect spot

The beach house was a great space for big families or groups of friends. The private pool was a perk but the best part was being across the street from a great access point to the beach. Loved our stay. The only downside is if you have bad knees, the kitchen, dining and living are all upstairs. Also, our host was very responsive. We would definitely stay again.

Great place to stay

My whole of my 14 family members enjoyed this place a lot. The house is clean and updated, of course need some repairs, but these a ver minimum, i.e the distribution / flow of AC is just shorter in the lower rooms, but the air fans made their work. The pool the kitchen and the plenty space on the living room create a ver comfortable place to stay, getting to the beach in just 2 minutes walking into the beach access right in front of the house. The location and neighborhood is fantastic.

GREAT Location! Large house!!

Checkin was easy, great communication. We had a large group and the house was very spacious so we never felt cramped. There’s lots of beach toys, beach chairs, lounging chairs for Pool and deck. Kitchen has a well equipped with dishes, plates, glasses. Plenty of cooking utensils and vessels however I recommend bringing your own knives as those supplied are very dull. Overall, I highly recommend this house, we’d definitely stay there again!!

Great Location

We had 10 people in our group and overall, the home was perfect. Plenty of room for everyone to sleep and eat. We loved the private pool and spent a great deal of time there. It's also one of the few homes across the road from the gulf, but still having great gulf views. The walk to the beach was an easy 1 minute walk. It was wonderful that beach chairs are provided, so we carried them to the beach. The owner was very responsive when we needed to contact her. The location was great. We rented a golf cart and they are legal to drive on the roads. So we drove to all the shops and restaurants. The location is ideal for doing these things. There are two things that could be improved. The dryer took at least 2 hours to dry a load of clothes. Two bedrooms do not have a closet, so providing a wardrobe so there would be some hanging room would be nice. These two things didn't wreck our vacation in any way. Everything else was perfect.

Great Place

This was perfect for our family! We had plenty of space for our big group of cousins with our families getting together. Beach access right across the street was very convenient. The outside showers for rinsing off sandy feet/bodies was a nice feature as well.Host was always available for questions we had before and during our trip!

One of the best property’s I’ve stayed at! Very close to the beach literally cross the street and your there. The house was very clean and spacious. One big plus was having a private pool to our selfs. The check in and out was very easy as well. Big thanks to kary for allowing us to check in earlier and being so helpful. The house was awesome for the 17 of us. Large enough living space to accommodate all connected to the kitchen. Owner was very prompt when messaged during our stay. Perfect pool for kids to enjoy a windy day away from the beach. Dryer struggled to dry but I believe the vent is clogged as we took the vent hose off and it worked perfectly. Bring extra towels if you have close to the max as there were exactly 27 towels. Overall a great experience!
