Ultra modern oceanfront home! 5106 is a sleek oceanfront house featuring 5 bedrooms, 5 1/2 bathrooms and accommodates up to 16 guests. Step through the doorway into a pristine, fully stocked kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances and a large center island. The open concept floor plan allows you and your guests to flow through the kitchen, dining area, and living room, making it a perfect house for entertaining family and friends. The living room features a large flat screen TV and opens up to the pool area.

The ground floor features one guest bedroom equipped with a King size bed and private bathroom. Three other guest rooms featuring King, Queen & Full-size beds, as well as their own private bathrooms, are located on the second floor, along with the Master Suite and additional sleep space featuring a Twin size bunk bed, ideal for kids or teenagers. The Master Suite entails a King size bed, flat screen TV, private oceanfront balcony and private Master bath. The bathroom has an incredible soaking tub, walk-in shower, large vanity with double sinks and well-lit vanity mirror.

Sit back and relax in the hot tub, swim laps in the private pool, or spend the day on the beach using your own private boardwalk! Hang out next door at Wanna Wanna Beach Bar & Grill or at one of the many restaurants, shops or entertainment venues South Padre Island has to offer!

Every stay at 5106A Gulf Blvd includes a complimentary starter kit stocked with essential vacation items such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, dish soap, laundry detergent, coffee and filters, olive oil, and basic seasonings. For your comfort, we recommend bringing a few personal favorites such as beach towels, sunscreen, extra blankets, bottled water, or baby items. Home was beautiful and very spacious. We had plenty of room for our big family. Very convenient to have a restroom in every bedroom. The direct access to the beach was the best part for me! Watched a few beautiful sunrises right out our back gate.

Great place and location!

Great beach access and right next door to bar/restaurant. The place was clean and had plenty of common space for our group of 8. Pool and hot tub were a nice perk. Would definitely recommend!

Love this place

Very much love staying at this private place in SPI. There was a little trouble with our booking when we arriving there was someone already staying at the place we rented, but the problem was fixed, and the manager let us stay in the same neighborhood, which was perfect. I am looking forward to coming back again.

Perfect home

Our family fully enjoyed this beach house as we celebrated our son graduating from medical school. The house was spacious and accommodated all of us in a warm environment! Loved the beach front access and pool/ spa the most. We will return and recommend this property!

June stay

We have been renting homes from SPI for 7-8 years. This home needs some TLC. Power wash the pool area for God's sake. Not a big deal. Floor rugs and upholstery have seen their better days.Bathrooms were clean, beds and bedding are above average. We won't rent this house again next year I will do more research and read the comments before booking.

Perfect

This property worked so well for our family. We enjoyed facing the Gulf with easy access to the beach. My husband, who was unable to walk to the beach watched from porch and felt included. The pool worked well for us and the hot tub was a welcome addition. Having a dedicated bathroom for each room was perfect. The kitchen and family area was very nice. Being next door to Wanna Wanna was a bonus and we enjoyed volleyball over there.

Great location right on the sand, near a beachfront bar and grill, and umbrella and chair rentals. Lots of room inside with more than enough bathrooms. Easily sleeps 12. The only negatives were: the pool and hot tub worked intermittently, and the sliding doors were very difficult to move.

Nice Place. Not cheap, but nothing is anymore in SPI. Ensuite bath in every bedroom was nice. Kitchen area was a little cramped. Hot tub did not work. Could have used some more hangers in the closets. And probably more towels. But this is just nitpicking.
