WELCOME TO OUR VACATION HOME
The second you arrive at our South Padre Island Beach House, Starlight Villa, your stress will unravel like a kite on the sea breeze. Our primary living areas are located on the upper level. Our coastal-themed living area has been equipped with you in mind. We have seating for 6 around a mounted flat-screen television. Whether you want to watch a movie together or challenge the kids to a favorite board game, our living area will be the perfect spot to start and end your days. The open floor plan leads you to the dining area, which seats 6, with an additional 4 seats at the kitchen breakfast bar. Homecooked meals have a way of bringing families together - and for that, we have a well-equipped kitchen. Hop over to the charming local grocery, The Blue Marlin to stock up on your favorites or try locally sourced seafood, citrus, or avocados.
You won't be spending much time inside, especially when you can enjoy the pool view from our furnished balcony. Watching the Island turn orange from the South Texas Sunset will stay with you forever. On our back patio, your grill master's skills can shine. Our poolside outdoor kitchen has a grill and stovetop - go all out! Our primary bedroom features a king-size bed to stretch out on. The guest bedrooms have a mix of queen-size, full-size, and twin-size beds. When you're not on the beach, spend time splashing around in our private pool. When it's time to head back home, you can leave the sand behind! Make use of our in-unit, high-efficiency washer and dryer.

-This rental is family-friendly and non-smoking.
-Professionally laundered and sanitized linens may be exchanged for free on the east side of our off-site Guest Welcome Center from 11 am to 3 pm.
-Laundry detergent is available upon request at the off-site Guest Welcome Center.
-Pets are not allowed at this rental. Service animals are always welcome.
-Under HOA and rental-owner rules, this rental is unavailable to college-age Spring Break groups. Spring Break groups in neighboring properties may affect general noise levels.
-Access to this property requires the use of stairs.
-Sleeper sofa linens are available upon request.
-Optional pool heating costs $100 for the first three days and $25 for each additional day, and 24-hour notice is required.
