Beachfront Private Home with Heated Pool & Spa

Located at 4808 Gulf Blvd, right on the beach. Pull up to this home's private gates and start enjoying everything this home has to offer. Walk through the front door and upstairs to be greeted by a breathtaking view of the beach and Gulf of Mexico. Relax in the spacious living room or on the outdoor patio. Sleeps 14
Get comfortable on the large leather sofa as you enjoy watching a movie or TV on a flat screen TV. Enjoy reading a book from the extensive library as you take in the view of the floor to ceiling windows. The living room is accompanied by a kitchen with a view that hosts all stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Dine inside or out. Upstairs there is dining for 10 inside, or a table for 6 outside on the out door patio. There Are TWO complete fully equipped kitchens, one upstairs. Second fully equipped kitchen located on ground floor with seating for 8, and additional living room. For the coffee lovers there is a Nespresso, Keurig, and a regular drip coffee maker. Take a short detour downstairs to the patio by the pool for an outdoor kitchen complete with two charcoal bbq grills and a gas grill.
Additionally, this home has hardwood floors and tile throughout it's 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Upstairs: has the master suite it is decorated with a king size Tempurapedic bed, a twin bed, and private balcony with on suite bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a King Tempurapedic bed. The 3rd bedroom hosts a queen sized bed . The 4th bedroom has a king bed and a twin . Downstairs living room has king memory foam sofa sleeper. Downstairs: 5th bedroom has two twin beds, It also has a pull down full size murphy bed. There is a pack n play, and table top high chair.
For those more adventurous type, this home offers, boogie boards, and skim boards, and beach toys and games. So, take your own private beach access down to the ocean for some fun in the sun. Umbrellas and some beach chairs provided. There is a large selection of games and toys to enjoy indoors and outdoors.
If you just came on vacation to relax by the pool and soak up the sun, then this home is for you! The ten person hot tub with water fall flow into the pool. The pool area has multiple lounge chairs and two additional outdoor dining table and chairs for 10. There is an area and special lounge chairs and umbrella to put in the pool. Downstairs outdoor kitchen area has gas grill and two charcoal grills.
Please note this home has outdoor security cameras. The cameras at the pool will be turned off during rental stay, however exceptions may apply.

This home was everything we had hoped for and more. The house was so spacious for 12 people. We had 8 adults and 4 children and had so much room. It had everything you would need to enjoy your stay at the beach. It was just steps away from the beach. You could sit on the top balcony and watch the grandkids play. The host was so accommodating in helping make our stay perfect. I would highly recommend this house for a vacation spot at South Padre.

This property has great views and a few steps from the beach. The beds were comfortable, and plenty of room for our family. The pool, hot tub, back porches, and outdoor kitchen were great to hang out after being on the beach. You won't be disappointed.

The property was extremely nice and plenty of room even with thirteen people. Having the beach access right outside the back door is a huge bonus. Not having to worry about tracking sand in your vehicle! The outside faucet made cleaning up after a beach trip so much easier! The area itself is very easy to navigate and the smaller crowds was perfect for us. I recommend this vrbo 1000%

JUST PERFECT!

After 14 years of VRBO homes to the beach this our first time to SPI. This home was amazing. We had 13 in all ranging from 7 to 70s! Great view and access to the beach! The 2 kitchens were amazing! In all the kitchens we've been in this one had everything!!! And more! I cook all meals except first and last day so it was a joy to have all needed to feed this crew! The pool was great fun for all! It was just perfect!

Oh my, there are too many amazing things about this beautiful home. It exceeded the description and our expectations. Absolute paradise. You never have to leave to have the best time of your life. The beach access is easy and quick. The ocean view from the kitchen and living room is expansive and the most amazing picture of God’s handiwork. The pool was perfect for breaks from the beach for the kids and adults. Every description of this home is spot on. It’s absolutely perfect. Beth was super responsive and helpful in every way. Our family was blessed with the best memories that will last forever.

Best view, best location!

We took our adult kids and our 5 grandkids ages 4-12 to South Padre Island for a week between Christmas and New Year’s. Can’t say enough about this house. We have rented houses for 15 years and this one has the best view ever. A whole wall of picture windows looked out at the pool, beach and ocean. Breathtaking. The 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 2 kitchens gave everyone room to spread out. Great water toys were provided, as well as plenty of poolside tables and chairs. Our host, Beth, was responsive to all of our questions and kept the pool heated to our desired temperature. The location was perfect. We were never more than 3-10 minutes from activities and restaurants. We rented bikes and rode on the beach, hired a sandcastle instructor, took a pirate cruise, saw sea turtles, flew kites, mini golfed, ate at great restaurants, and of course spent hours at the pool and beach. Definitely recommend!

Great property as advertised. We were there December 11-16, great time of year to visit South Padre Island. Weather was nice, the heated pool and spa were a great perk. The decks are perfect for sunrise views! Our host was very helpful and responsive to our questions, gave some great suggestions on where to eat. We would love to visit again!

This was a wonderful place to stay, and comes highly recommend to those looking for a place on the beach, or anywhere in Padre. We were surprised and impressed with all the extras this home offered as we usually bring all of our own cooking supplies, beach gear, and pool extras . This house had it all!
