Located in the Golden Mare condominium, this spacious duplex apartment is an excellent option for families or groups of friends looking for comfort, proximity to the beach and pleasant outdoor spaces in the Algarve.



Distributed over two floors, the accommodation has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. On the first floor there is a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a bathtub and a large living and dining room in open space with a fully equipped kitchen.



The social area has direct access to two private patios. One of them, next to the kitchen, has a barbecue, ideal for preparing outdoor meals. The second, facing south, has an awning, table and chairs, providing a pleasant space for meals, moments of rest or socializing.



On the second floor there are two bedrooms: both with two double beds and a single bed. On this floor there is also a bathroom with a shower and access to two terraces, perfect for enjoying the Algarve climate and relaxing at the end of the day.



The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV with MEO channels, washing machine, dishwasher and complete kitchen, including a coffee machine compatible with Nespresso capsules.



Guests also benefit from a swimming pool in the condominium and 1 private parking space for one vehicle.



For greater convenience, the accommodation has a key safe, allowing self-check-in, without the need to go to the office to pick up the keys. Access instructions are sent before arrival, after completion of check-in formalities.

Casa bem equipada com todos os utensílios necessários, muito bem cuidada. A Localização é muito boa, perto da praia e é uma zona muito sossegada. Na piscina não tinha espreguiçadeiras.
