Located in the beautiful villa of Moneglia, in a dominant position with an enchanting sea view, we rent a splendid detached house with private garden and swimming pool for exclusive use. The house is located at the beginning of the splendid hill, with a short walk in a pedestrian street you can reach the coast where there are two private bathing establishments. Along the driveway there is a bus service to reach all the services, shops, restaurants and the larger beaches.

EXTERIORS

The external parts of the villa are characterized by large terraces overlooking the entire gulf where you can enjoy a magnificent sunset. The garden on the sides of the villa is full of trees which allows the house to stay cool even in the hottest months. During the summer the terraces are equipped with sun loungers and outdoor tables, on the sides of the pool there are deck chairs for sunbathing and where to relax.

INTERIORS

The property, of modern style both in terms of construction and furnishings, is divided into three levels and consists of: large living area with dining room and access to the large panoramic terrace overlooking the sea, semi-habitable kitchen, service bathroom, on intermediate floor we find a walk-in closet, three large bedrooms and three bathrooms, a small living area, on the ground floor the last two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a service area with laundry, large living room with dining area and comfortable dressing room near the pool. All floors have access to outdoor areas and large panoramic terraces. The property is tastefully furnished and enjoys large and comfortable spaces, ideal for lovers of tranquility and privacy, convenient parking inside the courtyard.

Villa Elisabetta has a laundry room on the ground floor that our guests can use. The villa is also rented including linen and towels as well as courtesy bathroom products.
