Boasting exposed timbers, a feature stone fireplace, flagstone and oak floors.
Exposed timbers, a feature stone fireplace, flagstone and oak floors – The Chapel has a wealth of period features and details to make you feel like you’ve stepped back in time. Yet the furnishings and fittings are decidedly twenty-first century, with modern comforts like a roll top bath and stylish furniture.
Throughout the property are stone arched windows, with glorious views out onto the unspoilt countryside beyond. A smart use of space puts the sitting room and kitchen on the first floor, making the most of the views. The estate around The Chapel contains a stream and orchard, where you can pick pears, apples and olives. Guests can also enjoy pre-booked hair and beauty appointments at the premises. The grounds are shared with two other properties, Crossbrook Farm (sleeps four) and The Well House (sleeps two) which can be booked individually or together for the potential of sleeping eight guests.
There are plenty of walks a short distance from The Chapel, including the famous Monarch’s Way footpath that approximates Charles II’s escape route following the Battle of Worcester. The famous Tardebigge Flight, the longest flight of canal locks in the UK, is less than a mile away. Located approximately one mile away is the village of Aston Fields which comes alive in the evening with fabulous Italian and Indian restaurants, an American bistro providing authentic street food and the finest craft beers and cocktails, Wine Bar, Ladybird Public House and a restaurant linked to their adjoining butchers shop serving locally sourced dishes. Aston Fields also benefits from a recently opened railway station with regular services across the Midlands and beyond.

Truly unique and amazing property. Very convenient and close to sights and family we were visiting. Must be seen to appreciate the level of detail that has went into making this one of the most fun places you can stay at.
