PRIVATE STRUCTURE (RENT ONLY) – Casa Polly is a lovely holiday house with pool in Le Marche, perfect to spend relaxing holidays enjoying the small pleasures of daily life, far from the stress and chaotic routine of big cities. Its peculiar location allows the guests to go into the absolute calm of nature while being within easy reach to the small historic towns and majour centres of Le Marche, a renowned region for its art and cooking traditions. The presence and discretion of the owners in the premises make this small but comfortable structure truly unique. At guests' exclusive use a porch with table and chairs for outdoor eating and a private garden. A large pool with beautiful view over the surrounding hills is also present. The property is entirely fenced-in.

The annex is composed of a living room-kitchen with double sofa bed and direct exit to the porch, two double bedrooms, wide bathroom with shower. Air conditioning is available in the living area and one of the bedrooms.

war super schön!

Sehr schönes Haus. Mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Der Pool ist super schön. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und freundlich. Ein kleiner Wehrmutstropfen: Man konnte von der Terrasse leider nicht den Pool sehen. Das Wohnhaus der Vermieter ist zwar direkt nebenan und der Pool ist eher am Wohnhaus. Aber die Vermieter haben sich während unseres Aufenthaltes immer gleich zurückgehalten, d.h. wir hatten den Pool für uns alleine.

Die Unterkunft war sehr gut ausgestattet.

Die Unterkunft war sehr gut eingerichtet. Die Eigentümer sind sehr nett und freundlich, allerdings direkt mit auf dem Grundstück im Nachbarhaus. Sprachlich sollte man gut ausgebildet sein. Englisch geht gar nicht nur italienisch. Die Anfahrt zum Objekt ist abenteuerlich. Mit einem sportlich ausgestatteten Fahrzeug könnte es eng werden. Für die Entsorgung des Abfalls ist man hier selbst verantwortlich. Der Pool ist wie beschrieben groß und schön. Im Großen und Ganzen hat es für uns gepasst, obwohl es doch sehr abgelegen war.

Wir möchten betonen, dass sowohl die ruhige und abgeschiedene Lage des Anwesens als auch die Tatsache, dass die Eigentümer in einem angrenzenden Haus wohnen, in der Objektbeschreibung deutlich hervorgehoben sind. So kann jeder Gast besser beurteilen, ob das Anwesen seinen Bedürfnissen entspricht. Die Zufahrt zum Anwesen ist typisch für die hügelige italienische Landschaft und trägt zum Charme der ländlichen Umgebung der Villa bei. Die Abfallentsorgung der Gäste erfolgt gemäß den Richtlinien der örtlichen Gemeinde, die wir Sie bitten, wie in den Informationen beim Check-in beschrieben zu beachten. Het huis is echt schoon.

Het huis is schoon, bedden zijn goed en genoeg goede pannen en servies voor 4 personen. Het ligt in een mooie omgeving en je hebt geen last van de eigenaren die naast je wonen. Zij zijn empathische en zeer gewillig om je te helpen. Met de eigenaren hebben wij in het Italiaans gecommuniceerd. Er is een zwembad waar je baantjes in kunt trekken en het wordt bijna continu schoongemaakt. Op het terras als wel rond het zwembad is genoeg meubilair. Het huis ligt in een omgeving waar vele mooie oude steden dorpen zijn te bezoeken. Zoals Macerata en Treia. Mooie wandelingen zijn er te maken bijvoorbeeld vanuit huis naar Pollenza wat ook een prachtige Duomo heeft met op de gevel mooie mozaïeken.

Einfach PERFEKT!

Es war alles perfekt! Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und es fehlte uns an nichts. Die Hausbesitzer wohnen nebenan und sind wundervoll. Zur Begrüssung stand eine Flasche Wein in der Küche und im Kühlschrank war Wurst... aus der Region. Der Garten und Pool ist sehr gepflegt in ruhiger Lage. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Sehr sehr nette Vermieter Perfekt zum Akku laden

Das komplette Objekt entspricht der Beschreibung. Es ist absolut top sauber , gut eingerichtet und praktisch. Wilna und Renzo sind die nettesten und herzlichsten Vermieter die wir je erlebt haben. Ein kleines Manko war die fehlende Klimaanlage . Im Zeitraum den wir gebucht hatten war es extrem heiss. Dank der wirklich außergewöhnlichen Unterstützung der Eigentümer hatten wir das aber ab dem zweiten Tag im Griff. Die Lage ist abseits vom Trubel in den Feldern. Toller Pool und schönes Anwesen. Das Meer ist innerhalb 40 Minuten erreichbar und bietet schönste Möglichkeiten.
