Your 5 bedroom mountain home away from home- This 3 year old home is a unique and rare find in the Park City Area. New construction in 2018 and the owner has decorated it with a mountain contemporary flair that leaves guests feeling comfortable with all of the amenities they are looking for on vacation, and at home. Guests will enjoy the beautiful ski and mountain inspired artwork that hangs from nearly every wall in the house.

Sleeps 14 guests in 2 master bedrooms and 3 other large bedrooms, 3 of which are en-suite with large closets or walk in closets. The 5th bedroom has 6 custom built bunk beds with an adjoining full bathroom.

The downstairs, ground level floor, features a large 2 car garage. It also has a separate family room with flat screen TV and 4 electric reclining theater seats. The theater room walls are adorned with movie posters of some of the most famous movies filmed in the state of Utah. Several board games and card games are provided in the downstairs family room. Just through the glass sliding doors in the downstairs family room guests can step outside into the brand new Hot Springs Spa hot tub that seats at least 8, and features color changing ambient lighting.

When guests walk into this spacious and sun-filled home, they are immediately greeted by the beautiful mountain views through the living room windows that sweep from Deer Valley Resort, to Park City and all the way to the Canyons Resort. On the deck guests can cook out on the gas grill that is provided and in the warmer months lounge on the outdoor furniture while soaking in the mountain views. The main floor has one of two master bedrooms, a half bathroom, laundry room, kitchen, dining room, and vaulted ceiling family room complete with a flat screen tv and beautiful modern gas fireplace. The master bathroom features a jetted whirlpool tub, and a large steam shower with two shower heads, custom stone and tilework, and a bench to relax while taking a steam. Both master bedrooms on this level feature amazing views while laying in bed of both Deer Valley and the Jordanelle Reservor. There is no better view to wake up too then this one.

Also on this level is the main living area with vaulted ceilings. This open concept living area consists of a kitchen with bar seating, a small casual sitting area, a living room with gas fireplace and large flatscreen TV, a reading nook, and a dining room table that seats at least 8. This gathering area is the perfect space to make lasting memories with your family and friends.
