Gas central heating with gas fire. Electric oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, Smart TV and WiFi. Travel cot available on request. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for two cars. Patio area with astro turf and seating. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 0.2 miles, pub 0.1 mile. Note: There are steps between rooms on the first floor, please take care. Note: The patio/astro turf area shares access with 3 Chantry Place, however the furniture belongs to 1A
