As the sun sets over Newbiggin Bay, our over bed lighting casts a warm, gentle glow. It’s just enough to read your favourite holiday novel without disturbing the tranquility of the room.
The decor strikes a balance between modern aesthetics and coastal charm. Neutral tones create a soothing backdrop, while subtle panelling behind the bed adds depth and character.

Family/Friends Bedroom: Our largest bedroom features a triple bunk—a standard double below and a single above. Ideal for kids or friends!
ASD Friendly: We’ve thoughtfully equipped the space with window locks, blackout curtains, a stair gate, and a bed rail. Plus, discover tactile sea creatures, toys, games, and an enchanting ‘under the ocean’ sensory room projector.
Hidden Gems: Explore hidden treasures like a travel cot, a children’s guest bed, and a junior ready bed—catering to all age groups. We also have a ground-floor sofa bed for one!
