Great Vacation home!

It was a very nice stay at this house. My group checked in on a Friday, and it was a 45 minute-1 hour wait at the Welcome Center. Just be aware to get there earlier than check in! Overall, it was a nice house and we had a great time.

We had a great time. My 6 year old loved the pool. Us adults loved the hot tub. Communication was great with the owners. Check in was easy. Seen a lot of deer and a bear in the drive way of the place we was staying at. We will be back for sure. Loved the fire pit.

This house was clean. Everything we needed was readily available. Kitchen and bathrooms were fully equipped. The pool and jacuzzi was the highlight of the home. The communication with the host was perfect. The lake nearby was the perfect peaceful touch. We could see it while sitting in the house and it was a 60 second stroll to get to it. We will definitely be renting again in the future. We made wonderful birthday memories for my daughter.

We had a wonderful time at this property! It was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a truly relaxing vacation. The only thing worth mentioning is that the pool room isn't heated, so we found it a bit too cold to swim—there was even ice inside due to a winter storm. However, the hot tub was fantastic and provided the perfect way to unwind!

Great Family Get Away

Our family loved this house. We were able to enjoy the beautiful pool and hot tub all week right in the house while keeping our little ones on schedule with their naps. Also being steps away from the public pool and kiddie pool and lake with beach was very convenient. We had a great time.

Great Family Vacation

We loved staying at this property! The owners were easy to work with and the house was accurately advertised. We loved the pool and spent most of our vacation splishing and splashing in the pool and hot tub. The house was super cozy and the furnishings were lovely. Family Get Together

We stayed at this property with our two adult sons and their families in celebration of our 50th anniversary. It rained a good part of the week we were there which made all of the spaces for activities inside really nice. We held a bracketed ping pong tournament and a raucous Texas Hold ‘Em event in the cool game room downstairs. The indoor pool and spa got a LOT of use. The deck out back is large and has nice seating options. The large dining table was perfect for meals in and the fire pit area saw several marshmallow toasting and wine sipping evenings. Mario was a good communicator and we enjoyed our stay.

My family & friends rented this VRBO to celebrate the holidays (our group was 8 adults). What attracted us to this property was all the indoor amenities that were listed in the advertisement. The price was high but seemed reasonable for the amenities offered and the size of our group. Check in was a nightmare! We stood in line for over an hour at the "Welcome Center" just to get a gate pass...that we weren't aware of until we received the welcome email the day before. Upon arrival, we checked all the rooms out and tried to figure out the lights (there are a bunch of switches that don't actually turn anything on). We claimed our rooms... beware of the bunk bed room. If you are an adult group or larger child then this room is NOT for you! We changed to utilize the pool area, and that's where things took a turn. The swimming pool room was FREEZING at 61 degrees. The swimming pool itself was so cold it was very uncomfortable to be in. Plus the ceiling was dripping cold water caused by condensation. The hot tub seemed to be the only appropriate temperature, but was not large enough for our entire group and didn't work very well. We were trying to contact the host of this property, to see if we could get the pool up to temperature. But we learned that either the hot tub can be warm OR the pool can be warm but not both. The hot tub broke our second day (our only full day there) and the host stopped responding. The place needs a lot of updating. Communication with the host was poor.
Broken hot tub... water well below the jets. Would not fill and we could NOT use it. Host refused to respond or help.
Stains all over the furniture. This place NEEDS an update.
Lots of cosmetic dings and rips and holes in screens
This was on top of the projector in the pool room. We mainly used the pool room for the projector, because we could NOT swim in the freezing pool and we could NOT go in the hot tub because it was broken. So we paid to use a projector for the weekend.

Fantastic time for our entire family

A wonderful house. Everything was very clean. Easy check in and Mario was helpful and responsive. The kitchen has plenty of dishes and every kitchen utensil imaginable. Lots of towels and a large washer and dryer. Everyone had so much fun in the pool and hot tub. The Sonos system in the pool are made it extra special. Smart TV's with lots of streaming channels. The gas grill on the patio was clean and in perfect condition. Can't say enough good things about the rental.

Perfect for family getaway in Fall/Winter

The private indoor heated pool was one of many great enjoyable features of this home. The locks into the pool room made us feel secure with our kids. We really appreciated that. The home has an excellent layout and rooms sized for comfort and relaxation. Bonus was temperature controls in each room. The decor was not cluttered but set a resort feel that we prefer. The lake and playground is feet away and still quiet. Morning walks were refreshing. Loved the outdoor pit right outside the pool doors and the game room downstairs was best of all our vacations. We’re going back and hope to make it a annual vacation at this beautiful gated community rental.

Amazing getaway !

The online pictures don’t even do this beautiful Property justice ! We walked in and were truly blown away ! The interior of this home is like being in a 5 star European resort with your own personal indoor pool and game room . The teens loved the sound system . There was more than enough room for everyone. The dual fireplaces were incredibly cozy . Owners providing linens and basic toiletries made it super convenient . Owners were very responsive to any questions and very nice . Would definitely go back in any season. Just a note to be aware that due to location you should either bring food to cook or be prepared to travel to restaurants . Not an issue with the amazing dining area as you won’t want to leave this house for a minute .

I first rented a cabin with a big group for a skiing trip back in 2001 and i new right then, that that is the best way to travel with a big group. What is better then siting next to a fire place with a glass of wine after an exhausting day skiing, surrounded by my good friends.I knew right than that i will want to offer other travelers the same experience that i had.And here i m 16 years later being in this short term rental business for the past ten years. We took a trip to the Poconos for my birthday 10 years ago and we felt in love with the aria right away. It has skiing resorts, casinos, water parks, indoors and outdoors, all things that get me existed. We got our first house two months later and have made thousands of people happy by providing them with a nice clean house with all the amenities that they had at their own house but hundreds of miles away.
