Apartment is beautiful, it has everything you need. The mornings are stunning, such a beautiful location! The large terrace is perfect - both in the mornings and evenings.

Fantastic
Fantastic apartment. Very spacious with everything you need for a self catering holiday. The location is perfect just a few minutes walk either way to the port or the Castle. Would highly recommend
It’s a lovely property on the ground level. Access in and out of the compound is slightly confusing but no trouble once you have the hang of it. Beautiful area and plenty to do and see in all directions.

Great family getaway
Lovely location and amenities for a family getaway. Amazing view out onto the sea with fantastic sunrises and sunsets! 1 minute walk to the beach was perfect. Fairly well kitted-out had everything we needed. Would happily recommend this accommodation.
Perhaps the level of cleanliness could have been slightly better the floors felt a little gritty from the start. A few fittings/fixtures were a little loose or slightly broken. However nothing that needed repairing while we were there.

Very enjoyable 9 days,
We wanted to have some early golfing time, to take off all the layers of clothing needed at home in the cold emerald isle, but the Spanish weather changed our options. However the location provided other ways to enjoy our break. Apartment really nicely fitted out. Maybe more than needed for two people.

Britisch geprägter Ort in der Nähe zu Gibraltar
Die Wohnung ist sehr hellhörig. Das große Doppelbett quitscht bei jeder Bewegung.
Aufgrund behördlicher Vorgaben zum Wassersparen war der Pool geschlossen.
Zugang vom Gelände des Komplexes direkt zur Promenade. Garage unter dem Gebäude. Wohnung sehr hellhörig.
Wir haben die Zeit in Manilva genossen, obwohl wir schon schönere Küstenorte in Andalusien bereist haben. Manilva ist sehr britisch, sowohl was die Urlauber/Bewohner, als auch die Gastronomie angeht. Gibraltar ist nur 30 Autominuten entfernt. Ein paar Gehminuten entfernt findet sich auch Sandstrand. Der Strand direkt vor der Wohnung ist ein Steinstrand.
Alles in allem haben wir ein paar entspannte Tage in Manilva verbracht.

Great apartment direct at the beach
Location: perfect!
Directly at the beach, overlooking the wonderful sunrises and part of the Duquesa Marina.
5 Minutes away (on foot) from the port ensure that it is quiet but at the same time close to the bars and shops and many restaurants
Apartment:
- Access to both the beach and the pool
- 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms
- Wonderfully furnished.
- High speed fiber Internet access
- Kitchen utensils and cutlery allow for meals preparation. Everything you might need is available.
Service: we had a broken shower hose and a shower that would not warm up sufficiently. It was fixed extremely fast after we pointed it out. Thank you very much for that!
1. Cleaning: has potential for improvement. Cleaners only changed sheets and towels and did a very superficial bathroom cleaning w/out even wiping all surfaces or the floor.
2. Bedroom -
2a. Mattress was very used and needs replacement. We could not use it because it has a dent in the middle
2b. Loud! not really something you can change, but worth mentioning : bedroom towards the other apartment was very loud, it felt like being in the same living room with the neighbors. We could not use it for sleeping. Luckily, we could use the other bedroom.
Works: During our last entire week, we could not rest and enjoy the days as there was construction going on directly in front of the apartment with heavy machinery, exhaust gases and workers. Synchronization and better planning would help remove such inconveniences.

Lovely stay for Christmas time
The apartment gave us what it promised. It was nice and clean, with a lovely seaview and a really good location.
It would have been so useful to have a hairdrier in the bathroom.
I cleaned the apartment every day a bit but it was really hard as the vacuum cleaner and the dustpan was so old that they were falling apart all the time.
We were in this lovely place with our children. Actually children are not welcomed in this place as far as we noticed several times. ( They were not allowed to play on the grass, the guards were mean even to us several times in connections with the children. They took their slippers that were left in front of our terrace on the grass just for 10 minutes so I had to run after him to ask them back. The guards came to us that the children are on the corridors -which we obviously knew as they were not allowed to play otside, and told us it is dangerous because they can fall down so they were not allowed to be there alone. Etc.) It would have been good to know there were so many rules before.
In the beginning we had some problem with the heating, it would have been good to have a short handout how to use it as there was a timer we did not understand first.

Fabulous 2-Bed Apartment With Amazing Sea Views
The location was amazing, waking up in the morning and seeing the sun-rise out of the sea was perfect. The apartment was cracking inside, massive lounge with comfortable seating and large balcony etc..
