Disappointed in many ways
When we arrived the AC was set too high- I requested them to come take a look that took 48 hours. The worst was the sheets were not clean- I sent a picture of the stained sheets and I was only offered to have one set brought back. The sheets on the other beds caused my kids to itch and not sure what it was on the sheets that was causing that. The towels supplied were not enough for 4 adults 6 days. I was told extra towels would cost extra. We would have washed them but again disappointed not even a sample size detergent to wash clothes. There was only 1 trash and not enough toilet paper again for the amount of adults and days- had to go buy more. Could not really cook a meal because the kitchen was not adequately stocked. No oil and only 2 pods for the dishwasher. I sent an email several months in advance- asking about what specifics items they would supply. Coffee; soap etc.. And I never received a reply. When we arrived- we were told we could check in a bit early when cleaning was done to wait downstairs. WE waited and waited and no one ever came to let us know when they were done. Poor communication all around. The lock on one of the doors was loose and we all had the hardest time opening it. The area is not too far to walk but honestly that is all I can say.. I wondered why there was no reviews when we booked it. Oh well , you live and learn.
