Elegant and bright newly renovated apartment located on the fourth floor of a residential building with lift. The apartment is located in front of the Teatro dell\'Opera, in the famous Viminale district, a few steps from metro A (Termini) and B (Cavour). The apartment is a prestigious property with classic and elegant furnishings, marble and parquet floors, original ceilings and windows. The entrance door is accessed through a condominum representative hall with security camera. The apartment consists of an entrance used as a living area with a sofa (convertible to a single bed), 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with spacious and comfortable showers, large kitchen with dining area. All rooms have Air Conditioning and Wi Fi. From the two bedrooms\' windows you can admire a glimpse of Santa Maria Maggiore Cathedral.

Fantastic Apartment in the middle of Rome

This was a perfect apartment for our family of 4 for our first visit to Rome. It is centrally located to many of the historical sites (Coliseum, Vatican, Pantheon, etc.) and a 5-minute walk to the metro. We stayed here 4 nights. There are several highly rated restaurants and a small market nearby. The bedrooms were spacious, and the bathrooms appear to be recently renovated. We would definitely stay here again.

Had a very nice stay. The location is great, centrally located for sightseeing and close to the train station. The place is large and clean. Check in was easy and communication with the host was good.There is some street noise at night, so bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper. It was no problem for us. Would stay here again.

Convenient 2-bedroom, 2-bath apartment centrally located across from the Opera house, within 20-minute walk of almost every major destination. Comfortable beds and full kitchen with small washing machine. Elevator available. Only downside is lack of anywhere to gather except the breakfast table in the kitchen. Must meet the property manager to get your keys, but they are super responsive.

The apartment was clean, with both bathrooms newly remodeled. The kitchen was well stocked and convenient. The bedrooms were comfortable, including the pull out bed. The building location was in perfect walking distance to most sites in Rome. The management team was responsive to questions or concerns.
