Elegant and bright newly renovated apartment located on the fourth floor of a residential building with lift. The apartment is located in front of the Teatro dell'Opera, in the famous Viminale district, a few steps from metro A (Termini) and B (Cavour). The apartment is a prestigious property with classic and elegant furnishings, marble and parquet floors, original ceilings and windows. The entrance door is accessed through a condominum representative hall with security camera. The apartment consists of an entrance used as a living area with a sofa (convertible to a single bed), 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with spacious and comfortable showers, large kitchen with dining area. All rooms have Air Conditioning and Wi Fi. From the two bedrooms' windows you can admire a glimpse of Santa Maria Maggiore Cathedral.

This is a place with your basic needs and some extras. It has AC, washing machine, hanging rack, dish washer, steam iron, hair dryer, iron & ironing board. Its on the 4th floor so you can comfortably sleep with the window open although the streets can be noisy at night so come prepared with earplugs. It didn't bother us much though. The mattresses were comfortably firm. It was spacious and clean. There is an elevator in the building. Filipo met us for check in at 3pm and was very friendly and gave us an excellent recommendation for Trastevere. We would definitely stay here again

Cozy apartment in a good location! Elevator accessible, coffee shops and mini-markets nearby. Close to bus stops and pretty central to all tourist areas. Would stay again!

Our group of two couples spent 3 nights at this apartment and it was exactly as described. Safe area, great location for restaurants and cafes, and to walk to tourist activities. The apartment was clean and comfortable, with large showers. We would definitely stay here again.

Had a very nice stay. The location is great, centrally located for sightseeing and close to the train station. The place is large and clean. Check in was easy and communication with the host was good.There is some street noise at night, so bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper. It was no problem for us. Would stay here again.

Fantastic Apartment in the middle of Rome

This was a perfect apartment for our family of 4 for our first visit to Rome. It is centrally located to many of the historical sites (Coliseum, Vatican, Pantheon, etc.) and a 5-minute walk to the metro. We stayed here 4 nights. There are several highly rated restaurants and a small market nearby. The bedrooms were spacious, and the bathrooms appear to be recently renovated. We would definitely stay here again.

The property was half hotel half condos, the building was a little dated, especially the elevator. But it all worked, the apartment was clean and comfortable.

We would like to spend some time in explaining that the private apartment is in a 19th century building, quite residential and fascinating, the elevator is a wooden example of the elevators of the time, obviously technically maintained. The building hosts a hotel but our apartment is not part of it.

Very nice and private apartment. We were two couples traveling together and we appreciated having two bathrooms. Nicely equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds. Great location. Lots of places to eat and sites within walking distance.
