East Cottage is a charming detached single-storey cottage resting on the grounds of Hill of Tarvit Mansion in Cupar, Scotland. Hosting three bedrooms, including two doubles and one single, along with a bathroom, this property can sleep up to five guests. There is also a kitchen/diner and a sitting room with a woodburning stove. Outside there is an enclosed private garden and off-road parking. East Cottage is perfect for a family of five seeking a relaxing retreat to Scotland.

Amenities: Gas central heating and woodburning stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, TV, and DVD player. WiFi. Fuel, power inc. in rent. Starter pack for fire provided from October to March. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair available. Off-road parking for one car. Enclosed private garden. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 1.6 miles. Holiday guests have access to the estate grounds outside of the regular opening hours. Note: Further log supplies available locally from Tesco garage in Cupar selling logs, coal and kindling during the winter months. Note: Mobile phone signal is intermittent. Note: The opening times, visitor facilities and entry prices of all National Trust for Scotland properties and attractions can be viewed on their website here. Please note: Unfortunately, The National Trust for Scotland do not permit BBQ's on their properties - due to fire risk.

Excellent spot for a peaceful stay. Great walks directly from the cottage. Cottage very cosy for our winter stay. We loved it and would highly recommend
