This small house, for 2 to 4 people, is a perfect mix between old cottage from Normandy and contemporary house. Located between Caen and the seaside.
• Lounge with wood burning stove, ready for use, sofa bed (160 x 190) open onto a south facing terrace (garden furniture and dining area).
• Open-plan kitchen (oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, induction hob, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle and toaster).
• Flat screen TV, Wi-Fi, safe, Bluetooth station.
• Room 1st floor (1 double bed 160x200 or 2 twin beds 80x200) beds will be made up on arrival, open onto a second south facing terrace.
• Walk-in shower with towels, bathrobes and hairdryer.
• Large garden, pergola with garden salon and barbecue

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le soin apporté au confort et à l'esthétique. La chaleur du poêle a été appréciée à notre arrivée par cette fin de journée un peu fraîche. Par beau temps il doit être bien agréable de profiter des installations extérieures pour paresser et se restaurer.

Nous avons passé des jours merveilleux dans la belle Annexe. La petite maison est aménagée avec beaucoup de goût et d'amour. L'environnement spacieux et calme permet de nombreuses possibilités de détente. Le service de petit-déjeuner est très agréable. La situation est idéale pour explorer les régions côtières. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement. Merci beaucoup.
