The interior living space was designed for entertaining, offering an open layout, high ceilings, and comfortable leather furnishings. Walk home from a day at the beach to relax on one of the sofas, lay out a few snacks on the bar counter, and gather with friends to watch a game on the large flatscreen TV.

Bring home some fresh red snapper or jumbo Gulf shrimp and create a homemade masterpiece in the full kitchen. Store your groceries in the plentiful cream-colored cabinets, sit down to eat in the sun-lit dining space, and stack the plates in the dishwasher for a quick and stress-free clean-up.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
