Modern and spacious apartment in an elevated position. The house is located in the Residencial Mediterraneo Urbanization in the quiet area of Marina de la Torre de Mojacar Playa. Close to the golf course (also called Marina de la Torre) the apartment is 600m from the beach and two km from Garrucha (more or less). The apartment contains four large bedrooms, two bathrooms, a very large living / dining room and a huge terrace with views of the communal pool and the sea to the east. The kitchen is well equipped and also quite large.
